Ice cold. Cheese wouldn’t even melt. The squeeze cheese also cold. Burger cold. Frys bone cold. No refund. Straight cardboard tasting burger. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Almost unbelievable they served this.
I don't think they've ever gotten our order right or that everyone has ever enjoyed their meals. Not sure what happened but quality is usually bad and the wait times are always LONG.
I used to like this Wendys. Sure it's fast food but it's never as crowded as McDonald's and my orders have never been messed up. The last time I was there however, my girlfriend got a salad that had bugs in it. She found on on a piece of lettuce, gross but no big deal. She kept looking though and found two more. She tried to get a refund but they apparently aren't allowed to refund at store level, they offered her another item like a burger, but she didn't want to eat there after that, so she declined the offer.
I think all employees with long hair should secure it.
I only stop here because I'm in a large truck I park at Walmart, every single time the food is cold I'm not sure how's that's even possible ????????
Burger was dry and tasted old. Frosty was a milkshake and ended up just drinking it. Not a good experience at this Wendy's
I'm pretty used to poor service here, as they seldom ever get special orders correct. However, today was the WORST experience ever. I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers and a medium french fry. When told that it would be $10.39, I questioned at the window why it was so expensive (keeping in mind that a junior bacon cheeseburger, 4 piece nugget, junior fry, and drink are only $4 before tax for all of it,) I was informed that the sandwich itself is almost $4 before tax. When I informed them to cancel the order, finding it cheaper to do the pick 4 deal instead, I asked why the sandwich itself was as much as the pick 4 deal. Upon asking this, the MANAGER that was working the window, I repeat, MANAGER!!! Powered to rudely tell me not today as she slammed the window in my face. Definitely would give negative stars for this if I could, but one is the worst I can give, so just beware if you go here.
Stale fries and cold cheeseburgers. The cheese wasn't even melted. Staff are okay. Old Wendy's that needs overhauled. I would skip this place.
