I ordered 10 piece spicy nugget and only received 8. I guess someone doesn't know how to count. Make sure you check your order before you drive away always! I won't be going to the location anymore.
The drive through is always long. I can sit at the speaker for 5-10 minutes and without a doubt someone is telling me one moment. By every min the line is getting longer still no one is taking order.
Service terrible, cashier messed up our order after I repeated it a few times while inside the restaurant. He was so busy talking to co-workers and using profanity that he wasn't listening to me while taking my order. After alerting him, he insisted it was correct until I took it back out of the bag to show him it was not right. He then asked if I wanted 2 redo the order. I told him just 4get it and left. I will not return. Employees need more training and proper management at this location.
Didn’t even have my order taken. I was in the drive thru waiting trying to order for 5 minutes, he kept saying we will be right with you after waiting a total of 7 minutes I drove off, do better please. 1 car at the window and I at driveway shouldn’t have been a 7 minute wait.
First time here. The drive-thru line was long, so we got down to dine in. I love wendy's! Their burgers are always good. I like their chicken burgers and baconator fries! The staff was very nice and the service was great. The food was delicious! The place was very clean. Would come back! I recommend to download app. Earn reward points and take advantage of their offers/deals!
It was okay, nothing special not fresh but not the worse. Per usual just like every other wendys. Best part their French fries.
Just got stuck at the drive thru for like 15mins with nobody coming to the speaker. Car in front wouldn't leave or go to the window so I had to wait for the vehicles behind me to reverse out.
Cancelled my mobile order and left. Sunday evening
I ordered a baconator.. I feel ripped off and these old fries. Yall foul for this.
