I have been to the Maineville location a handful of times. Hate to say it, but each visit is worse than the next. This time they were card only unless you had exact change (poor planning on management’s part?).
They were out of Diet Coke. Fries were cold.
Didn’t give a receipt. Over $25 for #2 combo and #10 combo.
When I looked at my Asiago Chicken ranch club, I only had three tomato “skins” and one measly piece of what I guess was bacon. Absolutely pitiful. Only thing I can’t complain about was that we received our food promptly.
I know inflation is causing all prices to go up. But Wendy’s has successfully stepped over the line into making their customers feel taken advantage of. Bravo ???? . This is not just a Maineville Wendy’s problem though. This is a corporate problem. We all know that’s not going to change, though.
Piss poor quality, less food, and ridiculous prices for the amount and quality. . No excuse. 0/5 stars from me. I’m done going if this is the new Wendy’s way.
Felt adventurous today and decided to treat myself to a chicken sandwich and fries. Took a huge bite, chewed and swallowed it before realizing that I just ate what looks like blood and who knows what else. I’ve never been so disgusted. Do better maineville Wendy’s!
Through drive-thru inaccurate total, inaccurate order received and the icing on the cake were the "queso" fries. Please compare my picture to the picture Wendy's provides. Good Lord. This place should be burned to the ground in the hopes a Chick-Fil-A would be erected.
I gave this Wendy’s chance after chance but it’s just terrible. I love Wendy’s.. it’s a staple for the busy seasons with my family… for some reason this Wendy’s is always terrible. The nuggets are always stale, the fries are almost always old, and the burgers are meh… I don’t know if they just don’t have quality control but there’s no way it should be this bad every single time.
Ordered my boy a cheeseburger kids meal, and this is what we received. This is not the first time that we have had a bad experience. I will not be returning. ????????
This was the quickest drive through ever. From the time I placed my order to getting my food it took about a minute, no exaggeration. Food in had before they could finish the charge transactions.
We ordered the double stack meals, got home with them and they were raw meat patties!! How gross is that, right? Maineville Wendy's went down in Quality a long time ago, we thought we'd give it another chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Manager stood in the back while the crew was aggressively struggling. Took us 30 min to get food and then it was raw. GORDAN RAMSEY would shut this place down. But the kid on the front counter was cool.
