The service here is absolutely horrible. I’ve had a bad experience every time I have stopped here, and had hoped the service would be better now that it has been re-opened after the flooding last year, but they still suck. I pulled into the drive through with only one car in front of me at the window, I sat for over 10 minutes before anyone greeted me on the speaker. I could barely hear the worker through the speaker and had to repeat my order for him multiple times. By the time I finally got my order in, the car in front of me had left and I was able to pull up to the window. I then sat for another 15 minutes at the window waiting for my food. When I finally got my food, it was cold and I was missing several items. I understand being busy or short staffed, but this was not the case. I absolutely do not recommend this Wendy’s location. A drive through customer should not have to spend 25 minutes waiting to order and get their food when there is no line just for their order to be incorrect or missing items. They are completely disorganized and will screw up your order EVERY TIME.
It’s like they just make an order however makes their day easiest for them, give it to the customer, and hope they never hear about it again. Because they know most people won’t complain. Did the cooks really not see that my sandwich was a crispy chicken BLT? Yet just thought it was okay to throw a patty on a bun with literally nothing?! Not even mayo?!
Have tried this location three times since they reopened. I am understanding of the fact that they recently reopened and may not be perfect off the bat.
The first time. Every sandwich was incorrect. Sat in line for about 15 minutes. Okay, no big deal, I’ll try them again one day soon.
Second time. About another 15 minutes of waiting and they hand me a bag of food. I asked them if that was everything and they said yes. Shame on me, I should have checked the bag before leaving the window but did afterwards. Missing a ten piece nugget and 3 sandwiches. Great, back of the line. Another ten minutes and I informed them at the speaker. 2-3 minutes an employee runs the items out to me so I didn’t have to wait until I get to the window. Great, thank you sir! I get home and no sauce cups in the bag. Damn me for not checking again right?
Third and last time ever. Still trying to have some faith. Got all the sandwiches on the first try. 2 chicken BLT sandwiches and 2 Spicy Chicken sandwiches. Get home. The BLT sandwiches were both just bun and a chicken patty. Not even any mayo. Spicy chicken sandwiches also had no mayo or tomato.
I am tired of spending money to get ripped off. I will not be returning. Not sure if just poor management or what, but there is zero effort happening here.
I really wish I could rate this a “0” star, sorry but that’s how the service was or lacking. Very disappointed! I haven’t had Wendy’s in a very long time and wanted to relive my past experience with the delicious food but… I waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes to be greeted and to place an order….. nothing happened, so I recommend not coming here if you’re not going to be serviced.
From someone who has worked in food and at Wendy’s before for a while you guys definitely need to be showed how to bag right ! And how to move quicker , and a line that’s not super long should take maybe 2 minutes to get done not even ! Yes people order alot but you have to move fast !!!!
Had a really good experience. Everything was correct, the employees were kind and efficient. Win for late night dinner.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were nice above and beyond doing their job. Definitely 5 stars
Stopped there an hour before close and they were quick and we got fresh food. Can’t ask for anything else for late night food.
Nuggets and fries were good, so was the orange creamsicle frosty but the service was a little long.
