I wish you guys would train employees on how to make KIDS hamburgers correctly. It’s actually crazy how I can say HAMBURGER, with just ketchup (actually the way it’s supposed to be built…. just bread, meat & ketchup for the KIDS MEAL) & i ask to add lettuce & it’s wrong every single time. Some how I always get a CHEESE burger when specifically asked for HAMBURGER, and it comes with onions and mustard every time like what the heck. You guys wouldn’t have to continue wasting your food cost if you’d train correctly and have people that can actually read the screen.

We waited in line for 30 Mins. Once we ordered we pulled up and were told to "Pull forward." 20 minutes later I walked inside to find out where my meal was, and they completely forgot about my order. THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT. If I wouldn't have gone in, I would have never gotten my food. I am a very patient person, but after waiting for 20 Mins after I was told to "Pull forward " I am very frustrated. This location continues to go downhill and every time my husband and I go there we have a negative experience. However today was the last time we will be going to this location. From the rude staff, dirty lobby, overflowing trash cans and now this, I cannot continue to waste my time, patience, or money at a location that could clearly care less.
Everytime I come here I am waiting in the drive thru for longer than 30 minutes. Another time we waited inside for almost 50 minutes while our order was skipped over. Applebee's next door would be quicker than fast food.
food is okay, they're good about customizations but i've frequently gotten cold food. frosty machine is down a lot - they do offer a substitute drink though. no refunds on anything, if they're out of something you're out of luck. once received an order from here that had 90% of the items missing; i ordered two meals with drinks and two desserts but was given two sandwiches, a fry, and the wrong drinks. it only happened once, so maybe just a bad day.
I hadn't been to Wendy's for several years. I ordered the kids hamburger meal which is plenty for me. The fries look different. I enjoyed my meal with my sister.
The girl working the drive thru at 1130 pm on 9 March 2024 was super unprofessional. She was slurring her words and had delayed speech. While waiting for the food she was cussing and complaing and I've never seen it that bad before. I was even more surprised to see the manager not say anything about it. If you are gonna complain about how long work is taking then maybe chat and complain less and grind out the rest of your shift. It might go by faster
This is by far the worst wendys location I have ever been to. No one has a clue what is going on, and this is a reoccurring situation. The food takes forever even when you order 2 items. I don't think I have ever received a complete and correct order. And if you try to get your order corrected, you will be met with hostility and extremely sour attitudes. It's hardly ever busy and still can't seem to get anything correct. Extremely poor business. Super disappointing.
