So I ordered a spicy chicken meal with a strawberry lemonade. I understand that “due to possible shortages some items may be unavailable,” but I didn’t know there was a shortage on mayo. I got a bun with a chicken patty on it. I live near this location and have given them several chances and every time the order is messed up. Come on Wendy step up your game
13.99 for a bacon cheeseburger and I received a smooshed slider and a "large" fry with 10 fries in the container. I never post reviews but this is absolutely pathetic. The manager and CEO of this company should be ashamed of themselves. Maybe they should focus less on memes and quirky TV commercials and more on their product. I've had better burgers from gas station convenience stores.
PS: My hands are small, I'm a little person
Ordered on the app, they left off a cup for a drink & sour cream/"buttery spread." It's amazing how inaccurate orders can be, when you would think typing them into the app should improve accuracy. It's all there on the screen. We live in wild times. ????

The drive through order was wrong.
The pretzel bun baconator was so dry the burger was difficult to swallow and looked like it was made hours prior
No wonder the fast food place directly next to Wendy's had a line around the building and Wendy's was empty inside and out.
I wish I had the time to turn around and take it back!
Drive through not very friendly, and they weren't even busy. The sausage biscuit sandwiches both looked like the sausage was almost burnt.
I asked for breakfast sandwiches and couldn't do the points right I only use cash. Well any ways end up with three of sandwiches..
Well now we both know what we are doing. ????
Everything I have had off their breakfast menu has been amazing. Had a great experience this morning with staff and quickness. Greatly appreciated.
Breakfast is underrated!!!!! Especially their biscuits and gravy!!!
