Food is always hot and correct and the employees are friendly, but maybe they're understaffed. Even when I ordered on the app and specified drive-thru pickup, it took a while for someone to get to me at the drive-thru speaker, then when I pulled up to the window to get my food, they had me pull into the mobile pickup spot and I watched a bunch of cars that came in after me leave one after another. Ended up having to go inside anyway (although I ordered on the app to avoid that) to get my order.
From the time we pulled up to drive thru there was an attitude. The staff member was very curt and short with us. They had a problem with us going on over the new menu items. The sounded frustrated that we wanted to order multiple items.
When I pulled up to the window the staff member continued to have an attitude. I told him I noticed I had an attitude. He tried to explain something about orders being timed in drive thru. After receiving a couple drinks with no cup holder, we were asked to move away from the window so their drive thru times could be preserved.
The staff member reached into my vehicle without saying a word to hand me the bag of food.
This was a horrible experience and I am sure it happens often. This location needs to be site visited, audited, and/or closed down.
My next step is to film the experience (if we ever return) and then share with social media platforms.
This is disgraceful and the location does not deserve another dime.
Food is fresh, however, This is the 2nd time I visit this Wendy’s where I place a mobile order, and I’m asked to park in the pickup area. I’ve waited both times for ver 15 minutes for my food. Management needs to do a better job about hiring more staff because the wait is ridiculous.
While their food is good the service is sort of sub par... customers as well as staff can be brash and uncivilized at times...
I understand that they were busy, but serving uncooked chicken Patti is it unethical.
But this is too much, if you are tired, simply closed the store.

Staff was patient, friendly, attentive. Food was hot, correct order, drinks cold, served with a smile! Good value for the money.
They never get my order right, for three days in a row I have ordered their food and not once has it arrived completely. They either completely forget my drink or one of my food items be it my Baconator or fries.
I drove about 6 mikes to come to this location soecifically for lunch. This fast food chain has a realky good promotion for just $5.00 called the Biggie Bag, and I chose the double stack burger option. The promotion includes small fries, 5 piece nuggets and a small drink I have rarely spent any time in this part of town, but there is definitely a stark difference between this location and other locations in DC and Virginia. Here they do not provide a self-serve drink machine, and any fountain drinks must be requested at the counter. The couple of employees working behind the counter could be heard from the dining room, screaming amongst themselves. i would come back here if Im in the area for the food only, but not necesarily the dining experience.
