I will not be patronizing this Wendg's again. Everytime I have been there there has always been something wrong with my food never do bad that I complained about it until 10/26/2023. My daughter ordered cheese fries that were served burnt. Like black spots on the cheese burnt. I called to complain and request a refund and have yet to hear from ANYONE to rectify the issue.
Wendy’s on Main Street rocks! Always great service. Always efficient and polite. Love the food. The whole experience is awesome. And the manager Nick is always happy to fix anything that goes wrong with a smile on his face. It’s a great visit.
I do not do much fast food for breakfast...but the bacon cheese egg croissant was delicious. The place was clean. I especially like their hot spicy chicken nuggets but it was a little too early. Service was really fast- wow!
I usually go here for Uber eats but today I went and had lunch. The store was well organized and my order was well cooked and prepared. I did have to request for the vanilla frostee and the gentleman was kind enough to serve it to me. Food was delicious and Customer Service was excellent!
I have always liked Wendy's. This place is no exception. Friendly, courteous people. The burgers are done just right. My personal favorite is Dave's Double. The beef is the right thickness. All other fast food burgers, the beef is almost paper thin. Not Wendy's. Wendy's make burgers right.
Food was great however they really messed up my online order. The frosty was the wrong flavor and the cookies were the wrong ones, I understand mistakes happen but it's really frustrating when you are getting something delivered and are stuck with what you're given not what your ordered.
I love wendys they have really good deals. My favorite thing to order is the spicy nuggets and their sweet n sour sauce is super good. They also have really good cookies. They are open late and usually pretty quick service
This was on an road trip to Gainesville. The place was clean except faucet in ladies room didn't work. I told someone at counter. He thanked me and apologized. I just had a frosty (haven't had in ages) since breakfast was over. I didn't realize how late it was as I was driving for a bit. Gentleman at count pleasant & helpful.
