I don’t know how this Wendy’s is marked so low. Me and my family drive OUT OF OUR WAY to come to thins location cause the other Carmel location is just say not to par to put it nicely. Customers service is always super friendly and my food is always hot. Asked for extra pickles today and my sandwich was loaded. It’s these little things that keep us driving an extra 15 min to this location. Great job crew!
I see a lot of complaints so I just wanted to share that I’ve been here 10+ times, and my food is ALWAYS fresh and tasty. My fries are crisp, my burger is juicy, and my nuggets aren’t room temperature. Personally I’m fine waiting a few extra minutes and actually enjoy my meal, but that’s just me ????♂️
Went on 4/26/24. They were out of so many things.
Kids meal:
No bag
No toys
No ketchup
Only had ranch, ghost ranch, honey mustard.
No fruit drink
No discount was given or offered.
They said they were waiting on a delivery.
I hate to say it but I took my granddaughter there for the toy. lol.
The food was good. Just the rest was a bummer.
Went there today at 12:30 for lunch . There was only 2 cars in front of me when I pulled in, and it took 10 min before I could even try to place my order. When I finally got a chance they were out of chili and baked potatoes. So I went to leave and had with nothing and had to wait another 7 min to be able to drive through. I wanted this Wendy’s to be good as it is close but but every time I come here it’s a complete joke having to wait for food or they are out. I will not be back again.
Despite all the negative reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience at this Wendy’s! The food is always fresh and tasty, and all the workers I’ve encountered have great customer service.
I’d like to personally shout out Marisol, one of the associates, and DB, the manager. Marisol is super friendly and always has a positive attitude whenever she is there when I pick up food. DB is hard-working and ensures customer satisfaction.
This is the worst Wendy’s store in Carmel. They are always out of some product. You always need to wait more than 10 minutes for your order. I will never come to this location again after I was the only customer and I had to wait for over 15 minutes for one burger and one fries while they had 3 people inside chatting. My recommendation to the franchisee owner is to CLOSE it or to pay attention to your store. For the customers, I will recommend not stopping by and buying anything at this store.
The order was correct and food was fine. However this time and everytime we've been here they make us leave the drive thru to wait for food (which takes a long time for fast food) and there is no one behind us waiting . Since this location doesn't have a normal parking lot they make us go around to the right through a sign that says "do not enter" to park in spots beside the building. I've pointed out to them not supposed to drive there and they shrug. Faking the drive thru number by making EVERYONE leave the drive thru without their food when there is no where to pull to doesn't make alot of sense. Bad management
Summary: Slowest fast food restaurant in Hamilton County
I don't enjoy writing bad reviews. But I have given this location several chances and every time they have fallen quite short of expectations. Every time I have stopped by, I have had to wait at least 10 minutes for my average food. I am told to pull around to the parking lot and wait. I have never gotten a receipt from the staff (I assume this is to prevent me from leaving a negative review directly to corporate). The last time I stopped by here, all I got was a Dave's Double with no modifications, it still took them almost 15 minutes to make and drop off my food. I live in close proximity to this location and it would be nice to have consistent, quick, and pleasant service so I can get some food in a hurry. I hope they either make changes or go out of business so we can give that space to a business that actually cares at all.
