I visited this store on 8/23/23, I spent almost $30. I ordered 2 Nacho Cheeseburger combos. And a 10 pc spicy nugget. The burgers was barely edible, the fries had to be at least half an hour old. And the nuggets were pretty much rocks. The only thing edible was the drinks. They got that right! Also I made a complaint to corporate and I got ZERO response. I'm probably not going to revisit. I give this place 0 out of 10. In fact I only put a star because I had to!
Kevin is such an amazing manager, he did all he could to make a situation better. He was patient and kind. He needs more credit for what he does. He’s doing an amazing job.
I love this wendy’s so much! i come here atleast once a week and they never mess up my order. When i got my order today 4/22, i was handed the bag with a hand made napkin rose in it!!! it was such a sweet and cute gesture and it really made my night, thank you to the sweet man who made that for me!!
I got four salads, all of which were wilty and they didn't get the order right in the first place so I had to sit there forever. They don't have anywhere to park you by the drive-thru, so you sit right in front of where people getting their orders have to maneuver around you, swearing at you, while you cover your head with a paper bag and wait for them to bring out the still-wrong order. What a disappointment.
My meal was ordered at shortly after a 6:15 PM. I did not receive it until 6:50 P.M. Apparently, my order was mixed up with a Door Dash order. When I finally got my order home, I was missing items and was only given a half of container of apple bites. If you cannot do your job, you do not deserve $15.00 an hour.
Sat in the drive through for 29 minutes before being able to order. Ordered my food with a special instruction of only ketchup for my sandwich, confirmed that my special instruction was on the order at the window because obviously I wasn’t eating in. Got home and after eating my fries, and went to eat my sandwich only to find that it had everything on it. Yet these people “deserve” $15/hour. I understand being busy, but that is no excuse for not paying to your job.
Staff is always cordial and efficient...always go the extra distance for customers. Alwats very clean and not noisy. Food is excellent and quantity appropriate. Their App works, unlike that for Burger King, which never works right.
We just went through the drive though the parking around 530pm the parking lot had three cars and there was no one in the drive though. We ordered 2 meals and a kids meal. EVERYTHING was ice cold.
