The atmosphere needs improvement to attract a clientele based on the many other businesses around itself, the service department should be given an understanding of WHAT customer service is and WHY its necessary, and HOW to use it effectively. I ordered this from wendys and was told by one manager it was cheese. Another said it was egg. Even got a 3rd opinion from another wendys and she told me it looks like sausage.
The Manager assumed I wanted it replaced after asking for a refund twice then didn't even apologize. She just gave me the refund and didn't say anything. IT LOOKS LIKE ROTTEN EGG.

I got froasties for myself and my children. Unfortunately they did not have strawberry which was a bummer.
