Ordered a baconator and I got a single patty. Wanted a frosty at 6pm. They’re out. Wanted rootbeer. They’re out. Wanted a 4 for 4 meal. They say that’s online orders only. The employees have a bad attitude. Every time I come here it’s the same issues. AVOID THIS LOCATION. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT.
Ordered a medium ice tea with lemon. Received a “small” mysterious beverage that seemed to be “lemonade with a dash of tea” and the cup had appearance specimen characteristic. Please pay attention to your orders as it is reflective of level of customer service. Be honest and if don’t have “lemon” just inform the customer.
absolutely worse experience ever. there was a dead bug in my salad. i brought it back and the manager wanted nothing to do with me. she said since i dont have a receipt she cant do anything… EVEN THOUGH her employees did not give me a receipt. They couldn’t find this sale on the receipt, due to the employee being lazy and ringing it up as a wrap and frosty since she couldn’t just click salad?!?!?!?? Again DO NOT GET THE SALAD, they claim they do not wash the salad since it comes in a prepackaged bag…. i should have taken it to the health department. i will NEVER order with wendy’s ever again and the people there are horrible.
Greeted at the drive thru with “how ca- I help”. Not a hi, no pronouncing words. Get to the window, again no greeting. Didn’t give a total, just put her hand out for payment.
Worth mentioning no type of uniform visible at all, didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. No receipt offered, and no “thank you” or “have a good night” or anything. Although it’s drive thru fast food, some simple customer service would do some good.
It was late so I can see the workers being a little tired. Food was hot and fresh. Only negative, the chili dif not have a lot if meat, mostly broth and beans. Otherwise food would've been a 5.
Missing half my order, the sandwiches were cold. Warm lemonade no soda available. No receipt provided and charge me more at the window then what was told when I ordered
I will never go to this Wendy's again. The workers in the drive-thru were rude and did not care about serving the customers at all. We were told they were out of bacon, lettuce, chili, and salad. And what we were able to order was slapped together with little care or consideration. To top it all off, everything was cold AND we were missing items when we pulled away. Never again!
I'm not sure what to say...I ordered a *small* chili with a baked potato, and the drive thru person said that he had a *large* chili with onions. I was fine with that, saw it as a bit of a bonus, so I drove off. But once I started putting the chili on my baked potato, I realized it was cold. ???? I have no idea how long it must've been sitting out to have gone cold, but I was disgusted.
