The lady running the drive thru must have had a bad day. Because I was polite & she was rude. It's not my fault your location is out of popular items. Bacon, Sprite, sweet tea, lemonade, natural lemonade, & BBQ sauce, to be exact. I asked for extra sauce at the box, only got 1 in the bag. And she seemed to feel some type of way when I sat there & waited for her to turn around & ask for extra. Then she only gave me 1. I must have gotten the old fries that had been sitting because they were cold when I tried some at the red light by the exit. I get home to see I only have 3 nuggets. And she gave me vanilla coke instead of regular coke. And I didn't receive a receipt. Just terrible all around.
It is said that all fast-food restaurants are essentially, equal or something close to this.
I don't agree because there are simply too many variables in everything from customer service to the increasingly market demands of variation and the quality of the food.
This Wendy's on Dunn Avenue is an example of quality and I'm glad to give it five stars for not only the expeditious customer service but the honey be flavored biscuit I purchased.

This restaurant also appears to be newly remodeled and it's clean, well organized. I especially like the parking nice and safe well marked and easy to navigate after being in a good place. ????????
Ordering was fine. Food was ok. Could’ve done without the huge black hair in my frosty though. I mean, what do you do at that point? Just avoid this store if they can’t keep basics like that in check.
Pretty bad. The condition of the dining room was pretty disgusting. Non functional condiments bar, no napkins, bathroom of a developing nation that was spewing human waste all over the floor every time it tried to flush. Not certain there was an adult on site that knew about this or if they have a separate bathroom for employees where the human waste isn't tracked through the entire restaurant but I doubt it. They did have soap but no paper towels in the restroom.
Certainly the folks at the country were not friendly and a touch rude and did not provide me a receipt and I wasn't willing to ask as they were so grumpy.
I don't think I'd come here again given the condition of the restaurant and there are options in the area so perhaps look around before deciding to dine here.
Went through the drive through and the bag was missing the kids meal I ordered. I went inside with the bag to show them that I wasn't lying about missing the items. The gentleman working snatched the bag from my hand, looked inside, and then threw it all away!! When I asked the gentleman if he had thrown my food away he got an attitude with me. I then asked him if he could remake the items he threw out and give me the kids meal I was missing and he rolled his eyes. Eventually I did get my missing items and the food that had been tossed.
Went through the drive-thru and was told at the speaker that we would have to drive around and wait 5 minutes and come back through the drive-thru. The girl at the register acted as if it just absolutely killed her to have to tell us to drive around and wait 5 minutes for fries to be cooked. It was the most insane thing I've ever heard and also in the rudest way as well. No one was even in line and she wouldn't take our order.
Stopped here in the middle of the afternoon for a quick meal, and found the dining room to be spotlessly clean, and appeared to have been recently swept, mopped and wiped down following the noon lunch hour.
Staff was willing to quickly re-make a customized sandwich order that had been prepared wrong the first time. There are no photos of my food because I was hungry and the ingredients were fresh and tasty.
There were noticeable improvements here regarding the dine-in experience from a couple months ago.
Solid 4-star fast food experience.
I can write a book, but I'll comment plain & simple. No cust svc (he good ones never stay). Food is never hot nor appealing looking. Their chic nugg is the only thing worth getting away with
Staff never have a pleasant attitude, like they don't wanna be there. Then the food is barely hot, never hot like a fresh cook. Salad lettuce be brown & the chicken on it is white like fake meat. I rated with 1⭐️ because of location, I'm surprised they are still open.
