Visited on Tuesday, August 22nd around 1:45pm and was genuinely impressed by how polite, professional, and fast the drive-through staff at both windows were. Not only was the service outstanding, but we were also pleasantly surprised by how fresh and substantial both the Pecan Walnut Salad and Cobb salads were! This Wendy’s far exceeded our expectations!
Disgusting building. Flies everywhere and were landing on me all over the bathroom. I ordered the ghost pepper ranch sandwich and was given a regular chicken sandwich. When I told the employees, they made me a new sandwich, which was still wrong. It was a regular chicken sandwich with cheese. Absolute idiots working here. Never go to this Wendy's
I don't know what happened but Wendy's has improved a lot fresh food good service and early in the morning ❤️❤️
We normally don't eat fast food, but after driving 800 miles, anything seemed good. Unfortunately, all the fries we ordered were cold oversalted trash we couldn't eat as several were hard as rocks. Our burgers were cold and the happy meals as well. If we didn't have another 200 miles to arrive home, we would have said something, but we had already driven so long we just wanted to get home.
Not super quick but not the slowest wendy's. Didnt give me any silverware for chili cheese fries with bacon added. And the chili and frues seemed old and stale for season. Asked for no mayo, lite tomato, extra lettuce extra onion on my daves single, i got a daves double with only cheese..... how do you do that. Also the crispy chicken blt wasnt really hot and the cheese was cold for sure.
3/10 not a reorder place
I had a bad experience here and left a review that detailed my experience, and the manager reached out to me and offered a refund as well as a complimentary meal, kudos to her for that. However, I declined the offer of a free meal, considering what I had seen there. I appreciate the refund though.
Best Wendy's ever! My family and I will go to Wendy's for their chili cheese baked potatoes. Most Wendy's restaurants skimp on the toppings. This Wendy's made the world's best chili cheese potatoes with generous portions of cheese and chili. The best Wendy's potatoes we've ever had. Yum!
Just another dirty fast food place in Alamosa, if you eat here there's a 50/50 chance you'll get diarrhea.
