You ever go outside of your neighborhood to what's supposed to be or is considered a better area to shop/eat & etc?
Well that's what happened here and how I wound up at this Wendy's restaurant the night we visited!!! I was over 40 minutes away from home and the cashier was unbelievably nasty, Ignorant, disrespectful, rude and GHETTO!!!!! I actually meant to call the restaurant the following morning to speak to a manager because I was so disgusted with his demeanor, how he talked too and treated me & my family that night! Thank God there was no children present or with us that night! The guy had absolutely no care in the world!!!! It was literally the worst experiences I've ever had in my life entering a fast food restaurant And all we did was walk into the store!!!!! I can't comment on the food Because he wouldn't take our order ( In which he blamed his boss, While down talking his fellow co-workers) HOWEVER.. He took The customer's order in front of us and after us!!! This was over a week ago I hope and pray that by now this guy is fired Because he has no business working in anyone's establishment with that immature, disrespectful and disgusting manner!!! He actually told me that the Royal farms across the street was open/across the street!!!! Rest assured me or my family won't ever be back and I hope everyone Enters this place with caution!!!!
Nasty as all get out. Ordered thru GrubHub. 2 sandwiches, 2 large fries, 2 nuggets and 2 drinks. Got 2 sandwiches, 1 small, haha filled fry, 1 nuggets and 1 drink. The drink was wrong, and THIS is the burger they gave us. What is this?? Trifling. Couldn't even eat after seeing this.
Typically good everything. They were short staffed and still tried to accommodate customers which dropped rating. Waiting 15 minutes for fast food breakfast sandwich and not told in advance you're gonna be waiting is bad business.
This store has two gross single bathrooms with doors that don't lock. They have never got a single order I've placed completely right after several attempts. Hygeine is not being maintained and the tables are consistently gross.
I came to this location to pick up a doordash because the merchant themselves asked for someone to pick up the order and deliver . The instructions on the app was to go inside to pick up the food. When I got there the doors were locked and they said I have to use the drive thru. The drive thru line was leading out into the street. Instead of just handing me the order at the window or at the door. They only had like two or three people working, granted, but when they accepted, now 2 orders , it should’ve been made and packed to hand off . If I get any more order from here I’m Declining it .
This Wendy's is THE WORST! They have very poor customer service and never make it easy or enjoyable to get food there. One time, I tried to go there for my son, and they only had chicken nuggets. This time, I asked what kinds of sauce they had and I was ignored and given my total again. I went to the first window and revisited the sauce issue. Then, when I got to the final window, upon my initial inspection of the bag, I told the person that I didn't have the salad dressing. She then conferred with another person, who very nastily said it was in the bag. I did find it between the napkins, but they did not have to be so nasty. I always say I'm not going there anymore, but that's the last time. VERY poor customer service. They need a competent manager. Get better Wendy's.
I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich with onions there were no onions and the sandwich was a mess I will not be returning to this location
The chicken nuggets you're looking at it's not something new on the menu it's uncooked chicken nuggets. for whatever reason the person on the fire got lazy and didn't want to shake them apart,
can you say tomaine poisoning, Botulinum, Simonella.
