Came in at 11 am, the place was so dirty, whole nuggets on the floor, sticky floors tables dirty just felt really dirty. The food the food was okay, it came out quick which for Wendy’s is impressive but it was not super hot just lukewarm. I will say this is the more friendly Wendy’s have been too. The staff was nice and got everything on my order right.
Place is filthy. Trash all over the place. Floor is incredibly sticky. Clueless people working the counter. The lettuce in the salads were brown and wilted. The spicy nuggets were old, cold and overcooked. Not worth the $. Go elsewhere
Was just there ordered 3 10pcs nuggets. They were all over cooked. Even inside the nuggets were liquid. I tried to call theur ph number but doesnt work. This food was completely unacceptable. Customers like myself are payibg alot of money these days for fast food we expect higher quality. Will just stay away from fast food save the money.
We waited over 20-30 minutes for our food. During that time we witnessed several members of staff handling food without gloves, throwing things way/shoving trash further into the bin before returning to handling. They were very slow moving/lethargic. The two customers ahead of us had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for a single item. The restaurant was not busy, and the dining area was a mess. There was food and trash everywhere on the floor and on various tables. This marks the 4th unpleasant experience at this location, and the reason for this review. We won't be coming back. Please do better and stop putting everyone's health at risk.
This is the worst wendys in the area. When school lets out they have no regulations on the kids so my children had to here some trashy 15 yr olds cussing. The food wasnt even close to warm and it took them about 20 minutes for my small order. The workers were on their phones instead of putting together orders. This is a trashy ran wendys
I frequent this location because it's 2 mins from my house. I obviously like to waste money because I keep going in hopes of better food and I'm disappointed 99/100 times. I frequent the app. Could use some modifications, but that's not the issue. When I use the app, I'm already there so I can get my food as fresh as possible. I place my order, walk in or use drive thru, get my food and go home. I park, walk in and wash my hands. This particular order was spicy nuggets, med. fries, and a Strawberty Lemonade. The nuggets were cold, the fries were cold and old. Remember, I live 2 mins away and placed the order while already on their property. They regularly provide cold/old fries which is super disappointing. Usually, but not always, when you get hot fries they mess up the order somewhere. Doesn't Wendy's guarantee fresh hot fries? If so, why not just provide the customer with hot fries????
got a fish sandwich around 830 pm and found two long blonde hairs in it. found a curly one in my fries. so disgusted will never go again.
Absolutely the most rancid food I’ve had everything was old and stale. They had so many flies I couldn’t even count them. Also they had water everywhere on the floors and the place was overall the dirtiest fast food place I’ve seen. I’d just avoid this place at all costs
