Come on you show one thing and give 20% to the customer. Bacon bits burnt, patty’s burned, we literally fed it to the puppy. What’s going on with this place, if the food was as good as the service you might be able to pay rent. Keep it up and the lines will be empty
Food wasn't even trying to pretend. The hamburger patties on my bun were old and dry by the heat. Then cold???
It looked nice until you saw the desecrated pattie, crying for assistance if oil again.
Renovated dining room was nice, but sub-par service, attitude, and food quality quickly destroyed any sense of upscale.
Staff was youth and inattentive, but mostly arrogant and bothered to assist.
I almost felt bad for coming into their establishment, and putting them through the trouble of actually dealing with people.
I've not tried since, but I might eventually. As this used to be one of my favorite locations in ABQ.

Bad Bad experience the food never tried it.
We had to return everything back. I had asked for kids size chicken nuggets 4 pieces, but I was charged for a full meal deal. the kids toy,drink which I've never recieved either and fries or the drink never was asked for what kind of drink they will just charge you watch out. I have specifically asked no meal or anything only the nuggets, yet was charged then their manager was like here is $2, thwn she goes back and forth, then I was so upset with their horrible customer service, unprofessional. I HAD TOLD HER just here's the order and gi e me back my entire mo ey she said you have to come back tomorrow I cannot open the register or do a return. Or come back tomorrow and get your .eat and her B.S
I had given her the receipt and put my foot down and made her give me my mo ey back.
They are charging you extra Bs. You need to look at your receipt. For extra charges here and there.
Bad location to order, everything is old and not fresh.
The one on coors and Alameda by Corrales is the Best Wendy's they make everything so fresh and so good.
I'd rather go there.
If there was a (0) Star I'd put that for the San Mateo Location.
Bad experience.
Something with KFC, old chicken sandwich, was not warm, and it was old and yucky we never went back because we had an appt to get to, and they never answer their pho e to let thwm know. I thought it was not worth it, and we were charged for thea large drink and never received it.
The San Mateo and academy area fast foods are Bad bad bad.
I'd not suggest it to anyone.
Go else where in town.
Pretty damn sad when you go and get food, pay for that food and have to come home and heat it in the microwave. All food Cold as hell they were sodas with absolutely no ice! Pretty much a waste of money and time
Very poor customer service. Made our order to go. I took a fry out of the bag to try 1, and it was cold and most of them looked overcooked and dry So I asked her to give us new fries. She just took the fries and threw them back in the fryer and I'm looking like what is she doing. She takes them out and I ask her. Did you just put them back in the fryer and the look I got from her. Probably not knowing if she should lie or I don't know what to do. I asked again for fresh fries and the look I got again. This place is going downhill. People working the food industry just don't care what they give you anymore
These are the frosty shakes we got from wendy’s. Unless the door dash dude had a blast on the way to the house. This is ridiculous either way.
This location has improved tremendously and has good quality food along with amazing staff who by far is the best customer service I have ever endorsed, adriana was the best manager that took great care of me tonight. I will be coming back to this location! Thank you ????????
