I had 2 items along with a Dave's single, and that burger was so FN good bro. I'm going to get the same thing tomorrow! Idk the cashier's name ( heavyset young lady), but she is always so nice every time I order from here. Give her a raise!
This is a mixed review that ends on a good note. 1st the apple pecan salads are delicious that being said on to customer service. When I arrived to order takeout there was a gentleman at the counter who seemed like he was ready for our order and there was a young woman with a reddish colored weave with her back to the scenario counting money. So, I proceeded to order. The woman with the weave said in a snippy tone about it will be a few minutes (in regard to my ordering) At this point Sheryl stepped up to the counter and professionally handled the situation and took our order and did it in such a kind and polite way that I told Her that She should be the manager. In that situation the woman with the weave should probably be sent to school to learn a little more about customer etiquette and if there is a way for Wendy's to reward Sheryl for exemplary customer service then they most definitely should because Sheryl took a customer experience that was headed in the wrong direction and saved the day! ThankYou Sheryl!
Went on april 11 2024, messed up my order, didnt provide me with a receipt. Plus the service from the fat middle-aged drive thru heiffer was seriously sub standard. Some one tell her to wash her wig.
This is one of my favorite Wendy's in the country that's no joke✅????????I travel all over the Multiverse & ???? ???? ????????????????????????Wendy's in general is typically one of my favorite fast food restaurants. This location in particular is amazing! I feel more comfortable here than most, being MtF Transgender fluid too. They have the best people and employees, which is especially to me. I had a very bizarre card issue with my credit Union and I was able to pay a little bit more in cash than the offers I had in the apl, but my yech issues aren't their problem. I use the app for iffers & I know many are exclusive but that's okay because I really appreciate them getting as close to the deal as I had in the app as possible. Thank you very much and ___ {????????fill in your favorite deity☯️} bless you all. A very altruistic group of employees and great customer service. They actually alerted a customer she left change & ran out to get it to her. It's actions like that that makes this the best restaurant around. I pass other restaurants all the time to go to restaurants like this. Whoever is in charge is reading these reviews Dave Thomas on the Corporate Ouji Board of Directors? Can you hear me now? ???????? Everybody in here deserves a huge raise in pay. ????????✅????????????????????????
When I finally received my food, a bacon sausage breakfast sandwich, it had mold on the bun. Thank goodness I looked at it before I took a bite.... The pop machine on the inside was out of order as well. Employees remade the food, but it seems like they don't care at all, be cognizant.
Awful attitude from cashier, simply over a misunderstanding, I apologize for thinking they were putting cheese on the wrong sandwich and was reward with a scoft and eye roll. Not at all a welcoming food establishment. I'll gladly drive further next time to a better wendys.
When you come here. Check everything before pulling off. Open the wrapped up sandwich and make sure you got everything right. Make sure you ask for your receipt.
I came here and ordered a bacon natural large meal with pineapple mago lemonade. I also ordered a spicky chicken and backon Asiago sandwich. They gave me warm lemonade. Add insult to injury. Instead of a Baconnator. They gave me a plain chicken sandwich. I paid over $18 for all of this.
I don't recommend this reasurant.
I ordered a bacon cheese potato with the bacon well done, crispy crumbly, brown all over. I got barely cooked bacon with pink meat and translucent fat. The older people that work breakfast tend to get it right. The young people that work at night DON'T CARE. They act like you're disturbing them instead if paying their salary. There seems to always be a problem when we try to get dinner at this Wendy's. And, unfortunately, it's usually mine that's messed up... no one else's in my group.
