I waited about 10 minutes to be waited on. There was a employee talking in the dining room to customers thought he was on break. I noticed drive through was busy so I waited. Someone came over took my order. Then all sudden the employee in the dining came behind the counter and started bagging uber order and other things. It took another 15 minutes to get nuggets and a frosty. So in all I waited about 25 minutes
Hey I understand if places are busy but the employee in the dining room stated to me he is only helping there and he works at Starbuck and he wanted to talk to his friends. This was extremely rude. And yes I was rude back. Instead of saying that why not just saying sorry we are a little busy we will be right with you

The tables were filthy, the boys working were very loud . One boy complained for 30 minutes about another customer with cursing and verbal abusive behavior . The dumb manager who looks like in her 40s was promoting the behavior. There were customers in the dining room while the commotion was going on. My first and last time I will bring my family there . Verbal abusiveness does not set a good atmosphere. Shame on management
A girl that worked there just had to come over and repeat what the man at the register just said to me about why they didn't have vanilla frosty's. I just looked at him and said "I heard what you said and I was able to comprehend your words too" and he laughed. For the entire duration of my dining experience, the only thing that anybody was able to listen to was this lady's mouth. She's a worker there and I didn't know if she was in management or not but if she is, she's extremely untrained for the position. She was annoying, loud and honest even though they didn't have any vanilla frosty's she was the only negative for my experience at this Wendy's.
Ordered the new mozzarella chicken and mozzarella burger meals asked for more sauce and was told had to pay for if there was hardly any on the sandwiches to begin with they were dry. Then there was trash all over the place puddles on the floor by the soda machine I had to wipe a table so we could sit and eat this wendys location has gone down hill
I visited here on Veterans Day to collect my freebies. Since the dining room is not open until 0900, I ordered my food going to the drive thru--Breakfast Baconator combo (photo, $7.06 value) was the complimentary offer of the day, but coffee was not available for some reason. Very fast service--my food was brought out to my car. Thank you Wendy's for your wonderful support of Veterans. We do appreciate your generosity and commitment.
Had a difficult time understanding the person taking orders, which seemed to agitate that person, and he became rude.
We drive through to get the $6 biggie bag. The chicken nuggets are seasoned very well, and the fries are delicious. The crispy chicken sandwich is good and filling ????
When I try to go at night, the dining room is always closed an hour before the posted close time, the manager on duty, I don’t know her name, is rude and condescending. Terrible customer service and long wait times.
