I was the only person in the drive-thru. Sat in front of the machine to take your order for 10 minutes on my way to work. No one wants asked me for my order. Even though the automated system spoke when I first got up. Person pulled up behind me. Beeped horn. Still nothing. Ended up taking off with no food.
One of the worst Wendys I've ever been too. Ordered 4 meals, had to wait about 10 minutes for the food to come. We checked our food, everything seemed correct, so we took off down the highway. Once we started to actually eat the food, we realized that only half the sandwiches were fresh, the others must have sat the entire time we were waiting and were barely room temperature. They also forgot to include any spoons for the frosties. My recommendation is to avoid this place but if you have to order from here, make sure you check your food twice because they don't give a damn about what they are serving.
Everything I come here the staff in only interested in their personal lives. No care on customer service. They are loud and on their phones. Perhaps it's just the evening crew as I have only been here after 5pm.
Went through the drive thru. Rude associate. Got the order wrong. When corrected , we took it home and it was still wrong. As we were driving away she chuckled under her breath as though she deliberately put the wrong sandwich in the bag. $21 for a regular burger and chicken wrap. RIDICULOUS.

The Lady running this place. Has a horrible attitude. Now of the drink machines were working! The Frosty vanilla coffee was absolutely horrible! They need someone in there better to run this place! If she would do her job instead of rolling her eyes the whole time
I went there order to croissant sandwiches and I got biscuits sandwiches instead. I was so disappointed with my food I didn't even want to give a star at all and I don't drive or I would come back and get what I really order I am so mad right now and it was raining out. The cashier was very rude as well and ring incorrectly and after she rung in my order incorrectly but it got fixed and I still received the biscuits! the attitudes of these workers needs to change! Or find a new place of employment!
They manage to always cook my burgers a liitle too well done. The one line worker also had his pants down to below his buttocks, exposing his underwear. Also, the last time we went in, they only accepted cash. Lastly, simple questions about the menu have to be repeated many times for the staff to understand. I even ordered a unique item that was on the middle menu board and the person taking my order had no idea it was on the menu.
I absolutely love the fresh delicious CHILI... It a treat on a cold day. Warm day or any day that ends in Y..... Why not ????????????????
