There’s literally no meat between the breading for half of this $7 “Chicken Sandwich”. This is the thickest part. As if that wasn’t sad enough, the soda was entirely flat (zero carbonation), and the French fries were oddly rubbery compared to other Wendy’s locations.
The food being embarrassingly poor wasn’t the only issue either. The service really wasn’t great either, we ordered ahead for mobile pickup, and were told after check in they’d be out in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we went inside and they had lost it and had not even started it.
So we stood and waited, and were treated to the sight of watching the one girl scoop fries with ungloved hands, and another was scratching her scalp between her corn rows with her gloves on and then proceeded to wrap a burger without changing them. Plus, when the person tending the register reappeared we finally had the opportunity to mention to them that the fridge that contained the milk etc for the kids meals had been left wide open the whole time we were waiting.
The condiment area was a mess, trash was overflowing, and I didn’t go to the bathrooms but I wouldn’t be surprised if that was less than hygienic given the atmosphere.
They were definitely friendly so one additional star for that, and I could tell they were likely understaffed but still, the place was fairly empty at the time. Im not usually the “Karen” type, and could let a lot of this go but I just can’t excuse the lack of basic food handling hygiene here. That’s a safety issue.
Yes, I realize it's fast food. However, we ordered 2 sandwiches. A burger with no ketchup and a chicken bacon club. The burger had ketchup, and the chicken bacon club had no bacon (like not even a trace) and no tomato. When we called them, they absolutely didn't care.no apology. Just "well, if you bring it back we will remake it." Nope, not doing that after that attitude.
We placed an order to go and when we came home it was not made as ordered, so naturally the price was wrong. I called the store and spoke to someone claming to be manager and she said bring it back and she will make it right. Well, I cannot go back and asked if she could just credit my card with the difference, she said I can call back in the morning and speak to her manager, as I was asking manager's name she hung up on me. Very bad! I called back and they did not answer phone so I could get the manager's name. Talk about someone who hates her job!
I just waited half an hour for a small frosty. No one bothered asking why I was standing and waiting at the counter, the dining room has obviously never been cleaned, this was the worst restaraunt experience, The screen with the orders had my order in waiting for 15 minutes, then it sat in ready for another ten minutes, and it wasnt at the counter, then it just left the screen entirely, and I waited 5 minutes to be served before I just left. This establishment deserves to go out of business.
I've been going to this Wendy's for 13 years now this has been the worst experience ever I went through the drive-thru to order a Cinnabon they kept laughing at the way I was pronouncing it when I got to the window the icing on the Cinnabon was frozen. I went inside and asked them if they can please make it the correct way they gave me the Cinnabon and the icing on a separate plate and told me to go home and make it myself the way I want it. I asked to speak to a manager and I never got to speak to them. They refused to get me a manager. I expect for this to be addressed or I will make sure that no one goes to this Wendy's.
Worst location ever! I didn’t receive the drink that I ordered. When I actually opened up my food I found warm burgers(3) and old fries. I ordered a large and got a box less than half full. When I gave them back the worker told me that was a large. Another costumer started laughing and said no it’s not. When we got our replacement fries they were the same. Cold old and nasty! I complained to the manager who was more concerned about her feelings being hurt. It says on the box HOT and FRESH Guaranteed!!! These are the fries I ended up with Steer clear of this location! The manager is a crazy crying nervous wreck! How hard is it to apologize and get the customer the food they ordered and paid for?
Stood at the register for 10 minutes, no one came to take my order. I made eye contact with a few people doing things in the back. No luck went somewhere else. I was excited to try the new breakfast burrito.
I tolerated this place, but after absolutely refusing to get my order right and then serving me raw chicken I'm not eating here again. If things continue this way, im available and have cooked for Wendy's.
