Been here twice now and have had nothing but good service, great employees and good food. Get my food in a timely manner, the soda fountain woks right and the condiments are always there. Even get to enjoy a Jr frosty. This is my new favorite Wendy's in the area.
One of the best fast food drive thru experiences I've had. Fast food should be Fast, and they were. Everything was correctly made and nicely made. Everyone in my family was happy, and that's saying a lot considering my picky eaters. Thanks all who worked on our meal!
Hands down the nicest drive-thru employees I've ever seen in a Wendy's. They always smile and make my day better.
When the food is prepared correctly it is good. Had the worse experience with the person who rang up the order. On her phone, rude, rolled her eyes, looked like she was in her pajamas. You could tell she did not care. The manager was very receptive of the feedback and apologized for the experience.
Went through the drive thru and when I would say, “Can I get……” the person ringing in the order would say no. He also was not actually listening because he rang everything incorrectly so we had to correct him to have it rang in right. Then when I got my food my double baconator with no bun substitute lettuce was a Dave’s single with no bun. There was absolutely no bacon on my sandwich and toppings not requested on it. The food was fresh but very disappointing.
Nuggets were old as dirt and inedible had a few different ones from what I ordered mixed in. The sandwich had a white tomato on it as well. I've yet to have a good experience with any Wendy's in Columbus, which is a shame because it is easily my favorite place to eat back home.
Do NOT visit this location. They regularly give cold food, have an attitude when taking orders but today was the last straw for us. My young daughter wanted Wendy’s for her birthday; we ordered 4 ordinary meals and after arriving home realized they only provided portions of each meal. After returning they were aware that the remaining food hadn’t been given which was encouraging, until I realized that they gave me a value menu burger with toppings I asked to be removed.
Now I’m hungry and unwilling to return. Find another location, Granville does a MUCH better job.
Well the food is adequate that is when you get what you actually want for whatever reason they consistently miss things I've ordered on several different occasions it's very upsetting because I even started ordering simpler items in hopes they could fulfill my order with accidents and yet somehow they can't remember to put a chicken nugget in my bag even until wendys steps their game back up I'm a very un happy customer who will not be going back any time soon
