We arrived at noon... Went to go in but the doors were locked. Had to get back in the vehicle and go thru the drive thru. Then eat in our vehicle! While doing so, we noticed that people who arrived after us were now able to go into the lobby and purchase! Not happy!!!! Luckily, the order was correct and the food was good.
Against my better judgment, I took the food the young man gave to me at the counter after I saw a guy bring a wrong sandwich back! He put the returned sandwich in my bag & when I questioned it he lied to me & said it was warm & just made. When I got home it was cold & I ended up throwing it away! I will avoid this Wendy in the future!
They just keep getting my order wrong even though it was correct on the ticket. Dining area was in need of some tough loving touch. Every table needed a cleaning session. It’s hit-n-miss, but of the times I’ve been here, overall has been below par.
Went through drive thru at 10:00pm, the light was on, no one answered. After repeatedly saying hello. Seen a heavy set girl inside and no one would answer the drive thru and doors were locked. Will take business elsewhere. No wonder why your establishments are closing. So unprofessional!
Drive through worker Nolan was very rude and snappy. Kept cutting us off while ordering. We asked for siracha and instead of saying they no longer carry it he yelled back “Nope! That’s at McDonald’s and Arby's not here!”. Got to the window and he didn’t say a word just handed us our food and shut the window. Wouldn’t recommend the Hartland location.
I stopped at Wendy's to buy a Frosty. Unfortunately, when my Large Frosty was given to me, it was much smaller than a Large Frosty used to be. Now, a large frosty appears to be smaller than a Medium used to be. In addition to that disappointment, they have also changed the recipe. Disappointingly, the frosty is now smoother, with less texture, which is precisely why I liked best about frostys.
I think my Wendy's and Frosty days will be a thing of the past. It is a sad day.
I am going solely on experience alone, customer service. I work in the industry… had a bad morning. Being Mother’s Day… I was feeling bummed. I stopped to get my kids food so I didn’t have to cook. A woman handed me flowers for Mother’s Day, I was almost in tears. Absolutely touched. Wendy’s… of all places, was the one place that really made my day. Shout out to the staff for working… especially the mamas who went out of their way to make another mom’s day. THANK YOU
A little dark going through drive through at night. Couldn't see well. Kind of scary driving. Could use some more lights out there. Food is always great.
