There’s a bug in my tomato. When I called to inform them, the general manager answered and said this wasn’t the right location, because this location has been out of tomato’s all week. And she mumbled words, cussing me out and said I was a liar, and hung up.
This location has to be the most nicely decorated Wendy's I've ever seen. They had valentine's day decorations out with little baskets full of mints and balloons on every table. Besides the atmosphere, the staff was very nice and personable. The food was all very fresh and delicious. I'm very glad we stopped here for dinner and would definitely come back.
I stopped going here because they always messed up my order. Gave them another chance and the blew it again. My Chicken BLT didn't come with the Bacon and the chicken was hard. This location needs to be closed. They never get anything rite. I would only order water from here and hope they get that correct
The food was delicious. I got a Double Dave Cheeseburger, French Fries, and Strawberry lemonade. Everything was fresh and my food was hot.
This Wendy's is more like a trap house. You don't get to go inside unless you know people who work there. I've only been there 3 times now and 1st time I ordered a chicken nuggets they never gave me sauce and if you don't get it at the time they won't allow you to get any without purchases and it really doesn't matter if they have your receipt you have to ask before you leave the drive thru. The second time I went ordered damn near the same thing and asked for the sauces and I had already paid, *we don't have any sauces* there is a no money back at all so funk my life again. Last time I went I pulled up to the order board and was told you have to pay in cash only and it had to be exact change. It really seemed like they were keeping the money bc no other business near them didn't have any issues with the Internet. I drove off bc it didn't seem to be legit or legal so I drove off. No longer going to this store!
Soooooo unprofessional! A group of kids just roudy & playing around. The poor little fellow at the window was so frustrated with his coworkers. They never have typical restaurant necessities. This particular time they didn't have cups. Three fruits were fresh this time, so it wasn't a total waste of time.
Service at drive theu was very very rude. My total came to 25 bucks and at window they tell me they're out of chocolate shakes no coke no sprite. And the drive thru worker acted as if I was putting her out because I spent my money and could not get what I wanted or ordered. I will never fo back to that Wendy's at 16th and shadeland ever ahain!!!!!
Here's what you get with this particular wendy's,
A nonchalant greeting which is not a problem at all as long as the food is good and everything but a little do you know it is a indication of things to come.
9 out of 10 times you will hear someone from the back complaining about your order. And I'm talking a cheeseburger and fries with a drink how it comes.... Then you will receive the food from the nonchalant greeter from earlier in the story. Again you'll be hit with a dead eye attitude but the food is at least is in your hand and a normal amount of time..... But wait it's usually cold and not prepared all the way.
You've been upset but still eat the food because whatever garbage is garbage.
