This is the Wendy’s I have gone to for over 25 years and of the last 5 years I have received nothing but horrendous service.
Whether the staff is bothered by me using the rewards or offers from the app or I have had to have them correct the food from my order, it has become the worst Wendy’s in town.
I do not recommend eating here! I have given them multiple attempts in hopes that they would get new management over the years, but it continues to go down hill and is filled with unpleasant staff.
It’s so sad, this side of town needs more!
I was asked to wait a moment in the drive through, and several minutes later no one had returned to take my order. I drove away without ordering.
very poor service- incomplete order which is typical in the drive through. Just close the place- service is terrible- no wonder the parking lot is empty most of the time.
Tonight, we had 40+ kids and around 15 adults come in to this Wendy’s. They were so patient and kind to us. They made sure we had what we needed. You could tell the manager Aimee was experienced; she knew how to talk to her staff to get everything done. Her staff was nice and happy to work with us. We are so appreciative of their positive attitudes with our big group. Thank you so much to GM Tiffany and Manager Tiffany! -Marvelous Monday
The staff were very helpful and I was asked to pull up to wait on my fresh food being made. The wait time was not that long and the food taste was great!
Second time I've eaten here in about exactly a year apart both times the food was fresh hot and tasted very good service was good and quick the young lady from a year ago was much friendlier than the young lady running the window today however she was not exactly rude so I still have to give it five Stars
Wendy's is definitely the worst fast food in Anderson they have went downhill bad over the years food isn't fit to feed to dogs and workers don't care or brush their hair or take a bath before coming to work management is non existent save your money and hassle go somewhere else ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The wait time in the drive thru was very long. Once I got to the window, the worker apologized that another worker had disappeared. The window was open the entire time I waited for my food, and I heard every conversation inside. It seemed very chaotic. From the wait times and only being 1 car in the parking lot, I thought there might be just a couple of employees inside. There were actually at least 5 that I saw. They got my order right, which was great. If my son wasn't hungry and so close to bedtime, I would have gone to another location.
