I would give a no star if I could.
The service was ok. I went through the drive thru. The people at both windows were very nice. The wait in line was very slow.
The food was awful, overcooked, and it's a search for the meat. I was extremely disappointed in the food. A $6.45 meal in the trash. I only took pictures of the burger. Wished I had taken pictures of the nuggets and fries.
Went there a few weeks back and me and my friend order two chicken sandwiches and we waited for 10 minutes just for both chicken sandwiches to be raw. We called a few times and no one answered.
I've given this Wendy's so many chances it hurts, this time I made a mobile order payed for it went into the store and they are out of stock of both items with a broken soda machine, why would the app let me buy non existent product the hell, the staff were unfriendedly and unhelpful saying they didn't know how to give a refund on a mobile order. Another time I entered the store to order my food I was third in line, when I left 30 minutes later I was still 3rd in line and the drive through was also still in the same position. It's beyond annoying
Came here this morning for a small vanilla Frosty CCino. Paid and the guy handed me a large...I said I ordered a small. He said we don't have small cups. Asked for a receipt he says their out of receipt paper, he offered to take a picture with my phone.
I took a sip and he put so much vanilla it was too sweet. That was 8:20a this morning...it's now 1:11pm sitting on my counter....smh. I was too busy to go back. I wonder what they were using for coffee cups? I was so disappointed.
I went through the drive-through. Checked my bag, and the order was wrong. I had to get out of my car and go inside. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my food because there were other people inside. Instead of giving me fresh fries, they only replaced the burger, so my fries got cold from waiting. The manager on duty acted like I was inconveniencing them and not the other way around. I'm never going back to this location!
Ordered breakfast through DoorDash didn't have French toast sticks that was ok didn't have peppermint iced coffee ok no big deal but my chicken was burnt no excuse for that never going to this Wendy's
This is most unprofessional Wendy’s I have ever been to anytime that you ask for a general manager or a district manager. They’ll tell you to come back then if you come back the person is not there so all they do is play games like little kids whomever the district manager is or the general manager, I will be going to corporate
This is by far the most horrible fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I sat at the order window for over 30 minutes just to get my food back cold. Told them it was cold. They made me wait another 10 minutes for fresh food. This Wendy’s needs to be closed down for good. The customer service is the worst. Is like they don’t even care about their customers…. I will not put another cent in there hands or registers even if god told me to to…..
