Ordered "large" frostys. Got cups with a 1/4 of the frosty missing...I asked them to fill it up and they said they couldn't cuz it would over flow. Am I retarded for not asking for my money back or just too tired to deal with the stupid? I'm not sure, but every day I think a little more- Thanos was right.
Honestly this is the best Wendy’s restaurant in Indianapolis right now and all of those employees in there deserve a raise, every time I go they are fashionable with timing, food is very fresh and hot, and they always keep me satisfied with service. I recommend this particular restaurant hands down. They’re the main reason why I’ve returned more than twice this month.
This is the best Wendy's here on the Eastside. I wouldn't dare go to another location as this is the only one where I have actually gotten the food I've ordered and in a timely manner. The staff is somewhat friendly and they actually give you your food when it's ready instead of making you wait half an hour for cold food. It's worth the extra drive if you really want Wendy's.
Got our food quick and hot hot hot! We were having a rough day and were grateful to have a painless lunch acquisition. Double cheeseburger fresh off the press really hit the spot. Parking lot was a little awkward though and that road out there, *yeesh*. I know that one's the county's responsibility though but definitely be careful driving in and out.
I live 2 minutes from a Wendy’s. I travel 10m one way to get food from here. The other Wendy’s (Thompson RD) is subpar at best. This one I can count on my order being correct and quick every time. Even during those peak hours!
Hands down the best Wendy’s around, the food is always fresh and made to order. Staff is usually great too. Only had one issue with my order here before.
Service was fast and friendly enough. Food was cold though and the lady forgot to shut the drive thru window so my daughter and I got to listen to the crew mock and make fun of the older gentlemen that was behind us in line.
I come to this Post Rd, Indianapolis 2or 3 times a week. Calib is always working the drive thru window. He makes me smile, no matter what kind of day I’m having he just puts a smile on my face. He is happy, energetic, and so polite. We need more Caleb’s on drive through windows.
Besides Calib being such a pleasure I always get hot food and my order is accurate. Everyone I have encountered is a pleasure to speak with. Way to go management for having such a great team. Please show them appreciation.
