I hate to give bad reviews, but this place needs some help. There was food all over the floor in the kitchen area. I'm not sure if it was because they were busy that day or not, I try to give the benefit of the doubt. But the place needed a cleaning. The manager was at her wits end trying to get stuff done, and no one was cooperating. Hopefully, I just caught them on a bad day.
If I could give 0 stars I would... I waited 20 minutes for my food just to receive practically frozen food... My BLT only had lettuce. Not a single sauce in the bag.. very dissatisfied for spending $50 I would expect at least fresher food
I go through drive through regularly. I have to ask for fresh fries to get them hot. I enjoy Wendys a lot so I eat them anyway. I wish I didn't have to ask for fresh fries to get them that way is all.
We bought two quarter pounders and a spicy chicken. The hamburgers were pitiful,
to say the least. The patties were so small and thin. I remember the commercial about "Where's the beef?", they were true...
First time ever eating st this Wendy's...And I must say Not a Good Place to eat..Ordered a biggie bag food was accurate but
The bun was stale..the fries we were told it would be a couple minutes but the were cold and hard ..drink machine ice didn't work regretfully before I found out the fries were cold and hard the ketchup dispenser was empty Noone in the dining room but my wife and I fries on the floor going plum back out the door ..and in the entry way slot of dirt ..Come on its a family restaurant night crew should do a better job at cleaning...Highly recommend McDonald's in Oak hill
Burgers are way better than they used to be thank God! Quit going yrs ago bc burgers were so dry. KUDOS FOR TURNING THAT AROUND!
Can't even get my sandwich right! Add extra pickle, extra lettace and extra tomato turned into one slice of tomato, one piece of lettace and absolutely no pickle!! I can't even turn around cause I'm traveling 8 hours away.
Food came out quickly and everyone we interacted with was in a good mood, but the food was so over cooked. My partners sandwich was a English muffin style and the muffin was so over toasted it was hard and fell apart so he barely ate any of it. My sandwich had fried chicken and it was way over fried. Practically burnt. Fry's were perfect though. It was a weird experience. The one time I've tried Wendy's breakfast lol.
