Found a long somewhat curly thick black hair in between one of my $7 patty. Im a thin graying brunet tried calling the store but got no answer maybe I get one now. Had to pull the hair out of my mouth. Now I want to barf. Just got off a long shift in foodservice wanted a nice juicy burger human hair free. Barf. I guess Wendys dont have a strict hair net policy. I guess they will now. Barf
Second worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Never once have they got my order right. Last time they gave me 4 nuggets instead of 6, and no sauce, which I paid extra for. This time they gave me normal normal nuggets when I ordered spicy nuggets. They also gave me honey mustard instead of sweet and sower sauce.
The consistency and quality of the food is always good. Always hot and fresh. Started going here instead of the mcdonalds next door that recently went downhill with new management

Served them to me twice after I drove home and returned to the store with what I assumed were ordinary double bacon cheesburgers. This was around 7:50PM, Tuesday Feb 20.
This place messed up an order of ours, which okay granted it's a fast food place what more can you expect? My husband and I stopped by for the breakfast meals. I order a biscuit with bacon and his was sausage bagel. After he dropped me off I notice they mixed up the meat portion of our meal. My husband then told me he called the Wendy's of Maple rd, in Amherst and spoke with a female manager who advised him she would write his name down for a credit. This was on a Thursday, so today we went to collect on that credit, and was told by a rude gentleman that he don't give no credit. My husband told him he spoke to a manager, the man told him he was the manager. My husband detailed the visit as 8:20 am Thursday and the manager that day was female. Then my husband said well, there's got to be a book. The guy tells my husband that she took took the book home with her. I laughed cause I was like why would you take a book like that home? It didn't make any sense. So now my husband is calling back to complain on this gentleman customer service skills. It just seemed to me he didn't want to be hassled, and then admitted that there is a female manager, but she isn't there and he's not going to help with making their error correct. But, like I said what can you expect from a fast food place with three stars?
There are 2 Wendy's in my immediate area. This location on Maple Rd is far and away on top of it during the week. Quick, courteous, and correct. Will go out of my way to patronize this location.
I did go thru the drive thru. The outside of the building was a disgrace. There was more garbage there than any place I've ever seen. I understand the time of year but it hasn't been picked up in a very long time. Will not go back. I do wonder what the inside looks like. Shameful
We had a great experience today at this location. The gentleman that took our order at lunch. It is so hard to find good kind workers but this kid was awesome.
