Went to Wendy’s to get a grilled chicken wrap. It had 3 diced pieces of chicken in it and it wasn’t even wrapped tightly. All I asked for was something good to eat and fastfood can’t even do that anymore. Fire everyone and start over tbh. Not to mention It smelled the musty as hell from the drive thru window. The girls at the drive thru were friendly at least. but I need people to start care about there jobs a little bit more.
Can't really complain, just the prices are a bit much
Pulling in to the parking area and/or drive-thru is not the easiest. The exterior was clean as was the dining area. However, the restrooms were horrible. The staff were helpful; but not the most friendly. The food was ready quickly and it was tasty.
Our experience and our food was great until my kids accidentally spilled a drink too which Tina (the cashier) responded very poorly She stated that is was the second time it happened and that she didn’t have to clean anything and she also stated that I should clean in which most situations I do but since she acted out of order I opted to not clean it. I spoke to the manager and she apologized for Tina’s bad attitude. Shame on you Tina lol I didn’t get the managers name because they were super busy and I didn’t want interrupt. Tina finally apologized after the manager did, and I only took the managers into consideration Tina’s not soo much. The place was somewhat full which made the situation awkward or should I say embarrassing.
Had spicy chicken sandwich was cold, fries cold, greasy taste like old oil!!!! Horrible will not go back. Use to love!
Why does your store allow employees to smoke pot right beside the intercom at the drive through? People are allergic to it. Having a card don't mean you can smoke beside others. Fix it.
Ordered a 4 for 4 with a Jr Bacon cheeseburger. Got home and took a bite. Sat the burger down top bun down to take a sip of my drink and noticed a small bite out of my burger that I didn’t make. These people took a bite of my burger DURING A PANDEMIC, wrapped it up and served it to me. Stay far away from this gross place.
Wendy's at mall is nice and clean. We ate inside. Service was speedy. Two of us tried breakfast sandwiches- one English muffin with egg, bacon & cheese and other croissant with egg, sausage and cheese. Both were hot, fresh and delicious. Coffee hot and fresh.
