Really like this location restaurant at 1300 7th. Another Wendy’s on Plank Rd made a the mistake saying I was at the wrong Wendy’s, but I was not, they were very nice and honored my order on app. Management was great very courteous at 1300 street location . Ty
Wendy's is underrated. It's one of the few places left in Altoona that consistently gets your orders right and doesn't make you feel bloated. Their food is great and doesn't kill your wallet.
Good service , quality and accuracy of food was good . My only complaint is the kitchen is gross , unsanitary, food all over the floor. Idc how busy you get you need to keep control of your kitchen and tht includes how clean and sanitary it is
I won't be returning to cricket location early lunch start and they send me a bun like this!! disgusted

Ms. Becky at the first drive through window was nice and pleasant. And when I got my food it was good and hot.
Worse staff ive ever ate from they’re rude and make cold food and manager needs fired asap im sorry you chose to serve others but to do so and disrespect customers is not acceptable
