Update 26SEP23: This Wendy’s location continues to go downhill as service times are slow, service is mediocre at best, and orders are sometimes correct and sometimes not correct.
This Wendy’s is an older location. The inside was somewhat dirty with stained carpets and counters that hadn’t been wiped down. Service wasn’t friendly, but it wasn’t rude. The food was delivered quickly. It’s not a great fast food location.
Seems to be an "epidemic" of bad customer service at half of the Portsmouth locations. Again, using the mobile app, I would've expected to wait up to five to seven minutes for fresh food, but others that just ordered at the menu received their food before me, and apparently received correct orders as i finally got my food after 20 minutes only for the order to be completely incorrect.
Mind you, I couldn't go inside as the lobby was locked.
Mind as well sat at Waffle House up the street if I'll wait that long for food (at least it would've been hot).
Please discontinue the app at all Portsmouth locations?
Dasher nightmare for night shift. Day shift is great—food usually is ready for dash customers and I get in and get out. But the night shift is something different. Since the lobby is closed, I must go thru the drive-thru. I told them of my double dash order and was told to go to the door. Waited 10 minutes and they never came! Had to cancel both orders!
I came today 12/16/23 around 12ish in the noon and I have to say I enjoy this location way better than the others in this city. The sweet tea WAS ON POINT you hear me. This usually is a hit or miss in the other locations.. food was delicious.. atmosphere felt great.. I mean the staff that take orders act like they are annoyed by customers that come in to order food but outside of that it was perfect.
If I could give no stars I would! Not only was a rushed to order but I also was missing all my fries from the order as well as a chicken nugget .. they were unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering them the entire time
Afro-American overweight lady at the drive thru at 830 Am dont know how to do her job rude no feedback from speaker after placing order and when you let her know in a respectful way she said what i supposed to said so I need to tell her how to do her job? And when you do she said I dont have to take your order I laughed due I do t need to eat in that trashy place anyway area match employees.
This Wendy’s Sucks. Asking a Wendy’s employee a simple question and gave me the wrong answer. Don’t ever ask a Wendy’s employee a question about the APP. Will not be going to any more Wendy’s for 1 year.
