Where to start I come to this place every day and enough is enough they are racist towards white people very dirty place kids got head phones in playing on there phones food is cold coffee always cold and old one little piece of bacon on my sandwich I work hard for my money I don't care if I spend one dollar or 20 I expect something decent for my money not garbage and rude service kid took my order messed everyone's orders up I sat and watched I'll never go back no napkins just filthy while there all outside smoking
Very unprofessional and rude staff and management. The person who took my order misunderstood what I said and charged me for more than I actually ordered. When I told her there was a mistake she argued with me saying it was my fault when I know for SURE it wasn’t (mind you I was at the drive through window the whole time during this incident). I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I then expressed to her how shocked I was to see a member of management treat a customer so poorly, considering I’ve been in the food service industry for 13 years and couldn’t imagine treating customers the way she treated me. It disgusted me.
Where to start, first off greeted by a rude guy who treated me like I was an idiot. dumping old frys back in the warmer with fresh. Indian gentleman wearing gloves handling food while wiping his nose and then touching the food again. Not only were my fries not warm and tasted hours old but my burger was cold, saturated in Mayo, I could have used the bun as a hockey puck. Chicken nuggets were not fully cooked for my 2 year old daughter. Not happy and will not be going there again
Placed order on the mobile app, went to pick it up just before closing, pulled to the first window employees ignored me. Pulled to the 2nd window, employees looked rite at me, but ignored me. I call the restaurant to see if they have my order because it wasn't canceled, after several rings someone finally answered and said that my order just came through their system. I asked if I should go to the window or door to grab it, he said it didn't matter. I waited a few mins because it seemed like they were just starting it by what he said. I go to the door, stand there for 10 mins, it was too windy to stand there any damn longer so I went to my car & waited & waited & waited. When I could see a few of the employees in the dining room messing around, I tried calling back, but surprise surprise nobody answered! I spent an hour there waiting for an order that was placed an half hour before I got there!! They knew I was there waiting, so I don't know why I didn't get it. If they didn't want to make it, they should've canceled it so I could get refunded & be on my way.
the food was good. the service was awesome due to the manager Daiquiri going out of our way to help my husband and I with our Wendy's app and order. she was very friendly and so was the boy that rang up my order and helpful.
Ordered their Cinnabon tear aparts.and I'm sorry I was scared to eat it....first off there was no frosting..second it was burn and looked old as dirt....if I could post a Pic I would....but I sure did on Facebook..also the Jr bacon cheese burgers tasted old and microwaved .sad...completely sad...
Wheelchair accesible curb cuts on both front walks no Wi-Fi clean , no pandemic precautions obvious . Had the double bourbon burger meal, it was was very good ( bourbon onions cheese meat is a winning combo in an old boot at landfill, let alone as fast food burger, it was moist and juicy , the fries hot and fresh and they have that custom soda fountain , so I tried daves diet Orange cream soda it was excellent and definitely a change and unique among burger joint soda offerings
After tonight, I will never spend my money at this Wendy’s location EVER AGAIN!! This isn’t the first time they messed up, but I always just kept going back thinking it would get better.
First off, I did an order through DoorDash for a Large Vanilla Cream Cold brew coffee, small Orange frosty, small chili, Dave’s single burger, and a chicken blt biggie bag for my boyfriend. I received a small coffee, same size cup my frosty was in after paying almost $5 for a large, I am very disappointed because that was what I was looking forward to the most! I didn’t receive my sour cream for my chili or even silverware for that matter. There were only 3 fries in the small fry box for the biggie bag and they were over cooked.
I am very disappointed with this Wendy’s for me spending over $30 on food that I basically wasted. I will never spend my money here again!
