I was over charged for my order. I asked for a biggie bag with regular fried and a large drink and a free 10 piece nugget from the app. My total came up to $3 more than usual. When I asked they told me that was the price.
I was charged for a large fries the container was half empty. I never eat the fries so I was highly disappointed that I paid for something I hardly eat.
I asked for extra barbecue for the fries, they hesitantly gave me 1 sauce cup.
When I look in the bag there was only 1 other cup for 14 nuggets! Then nuggets were half old cold and stale and the other half was hot and fresher.
I'm highly disappointed at the greed and unethical tactics this location uses to cheat you out of your earned earned money.
Terrible my husband picked up a salad from there for my lunch because I work overnights and when I tell yall that chicken was hard as a rock it was so hard the fork bent and the piece of chicken flew on the floor. I showed him and I was pissed because I'm in Healthcare so I have no choice or places around me. So I continued to eat the cheese and lettuce well unfortunately a couple hours later i got food poison! I got home puking and on the toilet for hours I had to take off of work for 4 days!!! Don't ever go here never answers the phones either we tried and unfortunately they will just try to fight it. Stay away trust me .
Best Wendy’s in the city. Maybe cleanest kitchen I’ve ever seen at a fast food place, awesome staff, and food comes out fast lookin like the commercial. Restored faith in Wendy’s for me!
Drive thru people do not listen and are slow. Don't mind if you are slow but got my order wrong multiple times and made me wait by the door. Still had my order wrong once they handed it to me. If you are gonna move slow at least get the order right. Never again. McDonald's is better
Not horrible however needs much more improvement. 3 orders ahead of me and the fries were still cold. More cleaner then before yet trash cans stayed full. The manager should add a cleaning initial board in the have clean restroom to justify any damage. Nice color displays all over. Surprising, this one has WiFi and plenty of outlet, tables and chairs. It would be worth the wait for hot fries and warmer burgers. I will upgrade the 3 stars in one month if it has changed. I have been to the this location 4 time (1 late nite) before this review.
BEWARE of their kiosk machines or you will be ROBBED of MONEY !!! I’m waiting in line at the counter . The manager (she tells me she’s the manager later) asks me if I’m paying card or cash. I tell her card, she tells me to go to the kiosk after waiting in line.(she could’ve told me right away, but instead she had me waiting carrying a newborn baby) So I go place my order, put in my debit card and the machine say “Error or something like that and it says this machine only accepts credit cards!” So I go back to the counter and patiently and politely say “excuse me” every single incompetent employee looks at me then looks away. The same lady finally decides to come by the counter after many attempts and says she’s the manager. I explained what the machine read and she tells me to go to the drive through.( I’m with kids and a newborn and she’s giving me the run around instead of placing my order) I also had cash to pay and if she can place my order . She gives no explanation , let alone an apology. Tells me again to go place my order in drive through! I tell her if her machines weren’t working, she could’ve told me from the get go. She was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all! She tells me it’s not her fault my card isn’t working. I tell her my card works the machine says it only accepts credit cards ! I decided to leave and go to McDonald’s instead and when I get home I checked my bank account and Wendy’s did charge me $40 for the order that I never received !!! I will be calling corporate!
decided to get something and the reviews are right. Terrible Wendys. They got my order wrong they didn't have what i wanted so i got something else. The food was nasty as you can see. Avoid this Wendys go to the Mcds.
I'll be honest, their food on this establishment is not up to par, is never fresh, the food is stale like it was prepared hours earlier, they never give you napkins with your meal.
I've been here 3 times and it's always the same results, their breakfast is even worse
