Anytime it’s a Friday or Saturday & you come to the drive through past 10:30pm, all of a sudden no one is working & everyone is hiding in the back. This has been a consistent issue I’ve noticed in the past months, when attempting to come on a weekend. If closing early, then the hours need to be updated.
Wendy's is Wendy's. However this Wendy's that we patronized really needed additional help. The woman doing the register was also doing preparation of the order for the counter and it seemed like the drive-thru. She was doing the work of three probably only got to pay of one. I don't know the name to compliment her. In addition the order was it correctly prepared, no tomato, it had tomato. It happens in a busy place.
I walked in and Shankeria came around the corner and said "hello." Nobody else did. She took my order and gave me a card that says "proof I'm no fool." When my order was ready. Jada called me to state the order was ready. Jada said you waited for your order so she gave me a large fry instead of a small. I really didn't think that I waited. I thanked her. Got excellent customer service from the 2 young ladies. Keep up the great customer service. ????
We went here to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. Well... I ordered the Breakfast Baconator!! The description was a grilled sausage, bacon and egg topped with Swiss cheese!! What on earth is THIS??!! I was given A BURNT SAUSAGE, BACON AND FOR SOME REASON MAYONNAISE!! NO EGG AND NO CHEESE!!! This is what you're serving your paying customers?! Never Again!!! If I could give you a BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD!!!!
Waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a simple biggie bag. I could’ve clocked and made 10 orders myself in 20mins. The fries were trash and the nuggets were disgusting. I waited this long to be disappointed and disgusted. ????????????????????
ordered a burger w/ lettuce tomato mayo ketcup, peppermint frosty. took 10 minutes from ordering to get food. i got a burger with mayo and pickles, vanilla frosty. tried to walk inside to get what I ordered but all the doors were locked with no signage. by this time there were 6 cars waiting at drivethru. I could not wait in line. Way too long!
I tried to eat the burger but ended up discarding it. The worst burger ever! Employees sloppy and dirty and so was store.will be my last visit EVER! Gross!
This place is steadily going down. Im not sure if its under new management..Waited in line for over 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of me no people in the inside to be told to come inside because they were doing a shift change and not taking orders at the window. 3 different people came outside for personal conversations. Why not put a sign up instead of wasting people's time .This is why I'm going to stop eating out. Customer service where???

They tuned several cars way which causes this place to lose business. Every time I come here they have something going on . They close at 12:00am in the morning so I don’t know they are not trying take customers.
Y’all have these Rude people working for y’all . These kids is going to cause a really big problem for y’all One day .
