Always, yes always, a really long wait. I don't get it. Multiple working. Only two cars in front of me and I waited 32 minutes for a salad. People behind me left. I love Wendy's but hate I have to plan to stop.
I had a bacon cheeseburger burger on pretzel bun. Some of the bacon wasn't chewable. I ordered a single & they gave me a double. I didn't really care for it. Would rather have had a burger with all the toppings
They have Wonderful employees but always seem to be short staffed. And the dining room has been closed since God known when. We really used to enjoy taking the whole family. Hope one day they will get the inside back up and open.
Service was ok. The kid at the counter stuck his whole hand in my cup when handing it to me, had to ask for a new cup. Manager was also in the dining area cursing with a customer while we were eating. 2/10
The food is excellent! The service was great! They greeted me when I came in and told me to have a good day as I left.
Food is good but be prepared to repeat your order about 5 times at the speaker. Employees either need a new speaker and headsets or better training.
Hit or miss if the lobby is open. Posted hours are unreliable. Went to eat lunch with 10 people at noon on Sunday when posted hours show they were open and the lobby was close. We left and went to another restaurant.
Food was good, it took them an hour to talk to us and when we got to the second window, after waiting, they didn't even have the order ready. It was ONE burger - the one that I didn't get on my delivery order before. I won't be coming here again.
