We came in around brunch time. It was empty. The drive-through was packed. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. The inside of the store was clean service was fast. My food was nice and hot. Got the fish sandwich without the tartar sauce, but add ketchup and mayo.
I won’t go into the service, because it was what you’d expect at a Wendy’s on a Sunday night.. subpar. What this is really about is how I ordered a COMBO and they forgot 1/3 of the COMBO.. the fries. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this location. They gave my wife a half rotten baked potato. The cherry on top is only getting 1 straw for 2 drinks…I know we are supposed to be saving the environment and all but why even give any straws is you’re going to forget one?? These workers are doomed to stay at the same level their entire “careers” if they can’t even get the most minimum aspects of their jobs right. Dave Thomas would surely be ashamed ????????
Mary is phenomenal at what she does when I comes to customer service! We ordered a frosty at McKnight and never received it. She was quick to fix their mistake. Strongly recommend!
Extremely rude workers. Took forever to get my food and then it was cold. Cashier had an attitude. I think the name tag said Sandra. Please hire better workers! Also the bathroom was filthy.
Faster than expected wait, all foods well prepared and warm as appropriate. Exceptional young lady taking orders. I've no complaints, especially odd as I'm not huge on fast food!
Just had to have the $5 Big Bag ???? Well worth it!
There aren't many left in the area and among them, this is the better. I've had a handful of long waits, but it hasn't been anything unbearable. Orders have never been wrong.
They forgot a burger from my order and said come back and we will credit you. I said if I drove all the way back I could just get the burger. I asked if she could send a gift card instead. She said no and hung up on me. I tried to call back and no one would answer.
Drive thru only. Couldn't use a coupon as cashier didn't know how. Sat at window for 20 minutes. Told to wait until they figured it out. Couldn't remove item from order, didn't know how. Yelled at us and told us to leave without food after they handed it out the window, then demanded it back. Worst and most inept service ever. They deserve 0 stars, ruined a 14 year olds birthday dinner. Pathetic
