This is my first time in this design of a store and I don't like it.
I want to speak to a cashier, I don't want to be the cashier. The computer doesn't have anywhere to enter coupons. It was not user-friendly. I entered my order wrong. While the manager did refund the difference, I shouldn't be the employee.
I think the staff in this store does the best they can with the system they are given.
If this style of store becomes the norm, I will go elsewhere.
I had the honor of being the first customer in the lobby. I was greeted very kindly by the staff and I was give a free frosty key chain. You have to order at a kiosk but the staff will make your food super fast. They also gave me a free piece of cake from the grand opening, it was delicious.
Walked over here after getting ignored at tacobell.
It's all automated so no chance to get ignored. Takes away from the service aspect but food was good.
Did a Uber Eats pickup here on September 13th 2021 8:43pm. My experience was it took 30 mins for my Uber order and the cashier was going back and forth from taking orders to making food with bare hands. No washing in between and other staff had gloves. I have Video Proof!!!!! If google lets me post it. Here’s some screen shoots of video.
My daughter spilled and the gentleman at the counter was very kind and even said “it happens sometimes”. He was very easygoing and helped relax my ruffled mom brain
There was a lady (Think she was the manager) she was wearing a lite red shirt and blue jeans with hiles in them. We elected to pay wjth cash and hax go wait 1p mins to get any help to pay. She looked at us many times but never asked if she could help us. My hus and had to go up to her and ask her how do we pay with cash. Afted we paid she was slamming the trays (As we elected to dine in) on ths counter and our friwnds ordered key tag frosty and after making them she was sla.mi g them onto the tray as she dis it fell over and she picked up and again slamming it down to have it fall over again. We will never viait this Wendys again. The experience left a very sour taste in us
Generally I have a decent experience here. Today was hopefully a outlier because the only thing good about my order was the potatoes. Ordered a Baconator with a lemonade and got some sort of sausage egg thing and a cup that was mostly ice with a splash of lemonade for flavor.
The person at the drive-thru was super nice. You can yell they love their job. The food was ok. Fries were a little old.
