Very clean, very professional, and overall a nice location!
The person making the food washed hand often and changed gloves often.
The persons handling money never touched the food which is a GREAT THING! Keeps germs at a minimum.
I use the drive through so not really sure what the inside is like . Mostly I get breakfast and the biscuits are amazing,
I love that they put the cream in my coffee not just I the bag service is always friendly
Wendy's is on the map these days with the price gauging nonsense but I cannot pass up commenting on this location. Recently remodeled from the ground up, the place looks great. Food is always fresh every time I order whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And the staff are always pleasant and friendly.
On 3 occasions I have ordered Chili and the beans were not cooked. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich and this is the CENTER CUT of the lettuce placed on my sandwich. The facility has a new look but definitely needs to go back to Quail Food Service. Get your old Managers back that took pride in your orders. The young kids you have in there now DON'T CARE.
Honestly, I liked this Wendy’s when it was the old store. This is the 3rd time that we were disappointed since it’s been rebuilt. Tonight, the buns were hard all around the edges, plus we asked for no onions, and guess what was on our burgers…onions! Fries seemed half filled and were not hot at all. Actually kind of soggy. So unlike a Wendy’s. Fries are usually awesome. This was a drive thru meal, with no wait, so they should have been some what hot. Such a shame because this is our go to for fast food. Not any more. I will say that the guy at the window was friendly, so kudos for that. PLEASE work on getting orders right and fresh. I really don’t want to drive to Highway 19 to get my kids Wendy’s. And what is with no receipt???? Usually they throw it in the bag. Nope, not tonight.
Workers in this Wendy’s don’t wear gloves, disgusting. The guy who was doing the fries was picking out fries out of the container and putting it back in the batch. Disgusting. The only person I seen wearing gloves was the manager. Seriously would fire all staff other than the 3 people that seem that care

I can say as a drive thru at Wendy's on Oldsmar the ppl whom work the AM shift are so so super nice they greet you with a good Morning and and as they give you your food it's Have a nice day so as customer service goes they are one of the best drive thru love the staff there and they always know what am ordering and the way I love my Morning breakfast thank you to all the morning crew you guy's ROCK Keep up the hard work Thank you so much God bless
