$10 for a burnt fish sandwich that was as thick as the wrapper? I recommend staying clear of this establishment throughout the rest of Lent. I could only stomach the two bites.
There was an item forgotten in my order so I went back to get it. With the lobby filled with an entire bus of students they fixed my issue without complaint and all of the food was fresh. Thank you!
Owner is not just disrespectful to the costumers but also to there employees not trained I did all your training videos for and get yelled at for not know what I'm to do then when I get yelled at for time being I fix it till nobody looking having ant infested, dirty floors, clogged toilet, having rock hard burgers, lazy, sitting on there phones, and not doing there jobs. Managers not doing half of any of there responsibilities to keep the place looking good and a pedofile works there and it's disgusting Under the fry station the employees go out back and drink and smoke then go back in and work. managers hide outside while every one else does their work and the managers work on top of theirs. There was a time one of the managers kept throwing things and spilling things on the lobby floor when a minor was trying to clean the lobby he went in front of her and did it multiple times for weeks
Today was the 3rd time I stopped this place when I'm on a business trip. Food was just ok today, but they gave me a cold coffee with excessive cream. The lady that served us wasn't friendly at all and when I came back to return the coffee she gave me a bunch of excuses. I ended up asking for a lemonade to keep moving as I couldn't wait and didn't want to argue with the lady. Management really needs to find a way to hire more people or to fire the ones they have and hire someone that really wants to work. They need to be trained on customer service and people skills. Not coming back to this place, enough is enough!
I don't know what has happened to this Wendy's in the last 6 months, but it is absolutely terrible! We stopped there Saturday night between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Ordered a combo meal and a $5 biggie bag, small chili and a small frosty. The only thing that was edible was the Frosty. The coke didn't even taste right. The sandwiches tasted like they had been sitting there for 3 or 4 hours and was hard as bricks. The fries tasted like they redipped them in the oil just to heat them up. They were so greasy and salty that we couldn't even eat them. The junior bacon cheeseburger was horrible. It did not even look like hamburger on the bun. The bacon was so that it was like cardboard or leather. My fiance opened up her small chili and it was only halfway full! 95% juice. Maybe about 5 or 6 beans and three or four little nuggets of meat. No wonder the girl tried to rush me out of there and handed me all three bags at the drive-thru at once almost dropping them on the ground. I usually don't give bad reviews, but Wendy's definitely needs improvement. This used to be our go to spot. We would stop there two or three times a week. In the last couple months, we have went there about once every 2 to 3 weeks just to gamble and hope we get good food. So far it has been a bust. And please, please make sure your employees look clean and presentable. The two people that waited on us Saturday night looks like they hadn't even brushed their hair in three or four days. They just look dirty.
I was glad I could go in and eat, because the last time I tried to come here, three months ago, I couldn't do it. I had a Maple Bacon Croissant, Seasoned Potatoes, Orange Juice, and a Frosty-cino with a shot of vanilla. I thought all of it tasted great. I don't get to have breakfast out, but it was a great way to start the day. I had a picture, but it did not come up. I will try again another time.
UPDATE:. June 2, 2022-I came back to eat here this time, since I took a picture the last time, and it didn't come up. I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, and I substituted the soft drink with a Vanilla Frosty-cino. It was delicious, especially the Frosty-cino. I did get a picture this time!
UPDATE:. March 6, 2023-I was in the neighborhood, so I came in to eat. I ordered a Pretzel Bacon Double Pub Burger, Medium French Fries, and a Medium Coke Zero. This Wendy's had the pretzel bun, whereas the other Wendy's didn't. It is even better with the pretzel bun. The burger is delicious, but a little messy. It is one of those burgers I would have as a treat.
They got our order wrong repeatedly & wasted 20 minutes doing it. It was so dirty inside. There was a puddle of sticky water in front of the soda machine that people tracked all over the floor. Dangerous! Steer clear, travelers.
This was the worst ever at Wendy's. Bathroom terrible dirty, floor in dining room was sticky, they had no forks -all out of stock, no napkins out, one drink machine had no ice and the bun on my wife's sandwich was dry and hard. There were 8 or 10 workers behind the counter so surely someone could went and attended to these things - it was not a busy time.
