TERRIBLE!!!!! I went with my sisters after it got late and there was no dinner when I woke up from a nap. I went through the drive through at 10pm. Ordering was the most difficult I’ve ver experienced. This worker misheard me, wouldn’t understand me, barely talked to me, was not listening to what I was saying at all. I was not acknowledged. I had to ask for a receipt. No one made eye contact when I pulled up to the window. The wait time wasn’t good. It sounded like the kitchen staff and the cashiers were verbally fighting. Lots of attitude and disrespect was observed in the building. It’s like I wasn’t even present waiting for food I paid for. There was NO customer service. My sister was missing her sauces and the food wasn’t even warm. Terrible terrible experience. I’ll likely never return. I’ve never been treated like that from a stranger especially NOT a service worker. I work in retail myself and it was just so rude the way I didn’t exist and was spoken/not spoken too. Blunt and careless. Hate this location >:(
The inside is always closed, employees are rude. Can’t get simple orders correct. Was surprised when I saw inside kitchen how dirty it is, food might be good but that’s just Wendy’s I guess. Should probably get rid of the people and use machines asap or fire some of them and give the others a raise so they will care about their jobs.
Always closed on inside when I have to work nearby but when it’s my days off, they are open. I don’t drive cos I don’t got a license so Wendy’s should hire more people. Food is good though :/
The lady that took my order with the Afro was rude and had an attitude. When I told her I wanted light ice for my drink , she rolled her eyes at me. And bread was hard as hell and the sausage was burnt. This was Sunday may 29th at 8:50 am . If you don’t want to service customers then why get a job in customer service?! I was really polite to her and smiled and she was rude.
The food and service are both agreeable. The wait for food is minimal. The Staff goes the distance to attempt to make your visit enjoyable.
I ordered a burger with cheese, mustard and onions. She asked me did I want lettuce and tomato. I said no just cheese, mustard and onions. I got home and my burger is covered in ketchup and mayonnaise and pickles. It’s disgusting.
Chili was a bit watery. Tables and floor need cleaning, including kitchen visible from front counter.
I Couldn't believe the state of this Wendy's when I arrived. There was liquid all over the area near soda machine. Napkins on floor too. Floor very sticky. I asked a girl who worked there y it was like this, she said her boss told them to clean it up...said it was there since this morning. May 18th. She said they were under staffed, and that she wasn't cleaning it.
Usually it looks nice inside. But most folk do drive up.
Made my sandwich wrong too, but was remade and good. Not sure I want to visit this location again.
