I did not just pay $30 for some burgers that were bright pink, sadly didn't realize till it was basically too late. I was also missing items. Everything was just thrown around in the bag and no one answers the phone number listed
Fries taste like cardboard at best. The employees has terrible attitude. If you hate your job then leave. And my fries weren't all the way cooked
10:37pm Monday, Aug 7th, 2023- I was continually rushed by the lady at the drive thru while ordering. Couldn’t see much since the screen was broken. Got to the window and somehow a single with no cheese and a 10 piece nugget (buy one get one for a 1$ deal) and a reg fry came out to 11.10… didn’t bother asking since I want to just go home. There was almost no wait even with 3 cars ahead of me. Get home and my burger has cheese, the nuggets were hard, and the fries all looked burnt, greasy, and old. Horrible service and food. Sad both Wendy’s within 5 miles of me are the worst in the metro area! Save your money and go elsewhere.
if I could put zero stars, I would last night I went to Wendy’s the host with Tyra. She was extremely rude. She told me that they weren’t serving food only drinks and Cinnabons. So I ordered a Cinnabon pull apart got home and ate it. It wasn’t icing. It was GRAVY super salty I don’t know if it was on purpose But I tried contacting the store multiple times & nothing pathetic service
I showed up at 1230 am on Friday night/Saturday morning, pulled up to the drive through, got an automated voice asking if we used the app. We then proceeded to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to take our order. No one ever did. We pulled to the drive through window and saw 3 employees inside. We were able to flag one down and were told that "WE ARE CLOSING EARLY".... asked to talk to the manager, the girl came back and said that Javarious, the manager, REFUSED TO TALK TO US!!! How are you, as the manager, incapable of talking to a guest?! Worst service, even worst management.... How are you open?! That's ok, we went to McDonald's, where we were greeted by a happy employee who got us some hot, fresh, and delicious food. Disappointed I bought the frosty card last month now, because I don't plan on ever going back.
Stopped in For an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, on the receipt it shows they charged me for the correct Sandwich but they put the much Spicier Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich in my bag. I wound up throwing the sandwich and my $7 in the trash. Tried to call the store after I got home to inform them of the issue but the line is busy. Very Disappointing
Came here 04/10/24 at 2:49pm. The female working drive through window has HORRIBLE customer service.
I was super nice (as always) because we all know these workers are over worked and underpaid but being rude and standoffish is not acceptable.
Please work on customer service …
This Wendy's has horrible customer service the place was dirty and not one person was inside eating and all tables were dirty. The crew was just standing around standing talking about personal lives music is extremely loud felt like I was at the bar it was a very unpleasant visit I don't recommend anyone eat at this location. Let's do better guys it's your job!
