The manager tried to be sweet. However, her loud and a bit obnoxious behavior was more apparent. Not a pleasant experience for the customers and unfortunately her workers. The food was ok. Fries box was half full and overall not good. Order not filled correctly. Soda machine not working. Vacuum in dining area. Wendy’s cooperate needs to read the reviews about this Wendy’s. Most customers reviews we are very poor.
What an absolute delight to eat at a fast food restaurant and receive exceptional service and great food. The young man taking my order provided outstanding customer service. When my food was immediately ready after ordering, he offered to and did bring it to my table when it became available. I ordered a Dave's Double cheese and it was the freshest and tastiest burger I have had in a long time.
If I could provide a negative star, I would. I have never rated a business with a single star but this was justified. Pictures of fries are pulled out of the bag, cold, hard, and very stale. The nuggets were also cold, stale, and old. This has to be the worst service and food we have ever had in my years on this planet.
All other Wendy's I have ever been to have been great, except this one.
It’s fast food not much to say. We went through drive through slight wait nothing unexpected there. Fries were hot. The soda had a funny taste we ordered coke but they had a funky cherry flavor to them.
Oh my. Not very good. Long Wait in drive thru. Only 3 cars ahead, but took quite a while.
Ordered Biggie Bag and Iced Coffee. There were multiple signs featuring the iced coffee. Was told the "store didn't have any coffee."
Then when pulled away. I got a chicken-like patty sandwich. It was ok, but the texture of the patty is horrifying.
Fast food is hit or miss, this time was a miss.
It's Wendy's, so the food is always good, the servers in the drive-thru are exceptionally polite, which makes the wrap-around line tolerable.
Great customer service, friendly, and process was completed in a timely manner. Got what I came for. I could tell it was prepared with care, which is very appreciated, but was just warm and not hot- unfortunately, but was still tasty. 1/30/23 11pm +/- Thanks yall and God bless
What a disgusting, Run down, Old building. Dirty. The one item I want, A chocolate frosty. They didn't even have that at lunch time. Even though the menu says they even have strawberry now, They actually only had vanilla. After going into the restroom, And see how gross that was, I'm glad I didn't order any food.
