Best KPortal Reviews

So, let me start by saying, this isn’t an angry rant or anything, but it’s just important stuff worth mentioning. I went into Wendy’s today, and was very disappointed in the whole experience. The drive through had a few people in it, so I went into the dining area. It took quite a while to even be addressed, but when he addressed me, the cashier was polite. After I ordered, I got a huge cup for my kid’s meal, I’m guessing they were out of the regular cups. I go to put ice in the cup…no ice. I make 3 attempts for sodas, and they were not working, or poured plain soda water. It worked on the 4th choice. The trash in the dining area was overflowing, which gives a horrible impression. Including me, there were 4 people in the dining area, and the other people had been eating for a while. It wasn’t busy. When I went to use the bathroom, it was disgusting. The toilet had soaking wet toilet paper all over it. The urinal had what looked like black mold or mildew all over the top. The toilet paper dispenser was broken. The food took a while to come out, and was not up to Wendy’s usual standard. All things said, I seriously doubt I’ll be coming back.
For a restaurant that says it’s opened late til 1:30am, what a lie. Saturday night and wouldn’t take our order, sad excuses given. Might as well change your hours if you aren’t willing to serve food after 1am.
I love coming to this Wendy’s is a great environment the employees are great very respectful food was hot and ready and very delicious I will be coming back to this Wendy’s and will recommend all my friends to come here as well great job
Drive up. The order was actuate. Used a coupon for buy one get one free of a double burger. Also ordered two baked potatoes . Wish they would provide two sour creams for the potatoe. The taste was decent for the food.
Went through drive thru and placed my order. I was told to drive forward because they are waiting on fresh meat. I came home and my hamburger was still raw inside! Glad I didn’t feed it to my child. Tried to call them and no one answered, we tried over 5 times to call.
Standard fast food. I hit the dinner rush so there was a long line but it moved quickly. The service was friendly and on point. The only thing disappointing was the lettuce shortage. That’s no fault of theirs but it does change the dynamic of a sandwich. Fast food can really be hit or miss. Everything I ordered was made properly and fresh.
Like most wendys, they look like they will close forever soon. Signs for mobile pikcup parking holded by rusted wired barely in place. Like, put a bolt is too advanced. The food was ok. You know itd a wendys. But their orders take twice the time of any other fast food service. Every car at the drive-through took like 10 minutes at the kast window. We ordered by the app with pick up a d still took time when we arrived. Again. Is a wendys. That's why it is not 1 star review. You know qhere you are going
Disappointing Burger
How is it okay to have unrealistic photos of an item on the menu board? The ‘Baconator’ sign says “fresh beef and 6 strips of bacon”.
Unfortunately, the actual burger was a dried out, and had (maybe) three strips of (also overcooked) bacon that was broken into six pieces.
A ‘strip’ of bacon broken in half doesn’t equal two strips of bacon.
In three visits, I’ve had the same disappointing experience with my Baconators.
I worked at a Wendy’s as a teenager back in the late 70’s, and actually met Dave Thomas when he visited our store with a couple district managers.
While he was critiquing our store he told us that when the edges of a burger start to dry out (not hot-and-juicy any longer) the meat should go into the bin to make chili.
There are plenty of fast-food chains that do a good job of making the product look like the item advertised, but Wendy’s isn’t getting it done for me.
