I went to Wendy’s with my husband. The service I received was rude and nasty. I went right before closing. My food is made and correctly and just throw it in the bag. When I asked to get a moment so I could figure out what I wanted to eat. I got attitude as soon as I said, give me a moment. We were the only ones in line. They were walking around doing nothing in the store when we pulled in my husband and I I literally seen them doing nothing. I didn’t even look when we were cleaning the store. This kind of services. Unacceptable and I will not be back. When I called up there to speak with the manager on duty this isn’t the first time it’s went straight to a busy line or they would pick up the phone and hang up.
Food.
Ok. So, I know its fast food joint but fries are salty.
They messed up my order didn't get all the food I ordered.
We didn't get straws for the 6 drinks we order.
Not only did I have a problem this time around this would be actually the seventh time that I've had issues along as hair and my food having to wait almost 30 minutes just to even get an order in because they only take one car at a time. But this time around is intense. So now I am absolutely posting something because it's ridiculous. I have hair in every item that I got in my meal along with the cinnabons that I got.
Workers were pleasant but the place was smoky and a lot of things out of stock. No ice, no ketchup, straws were not fresh looking. Drink selections were not available on many in the carousel. With that said, the food was good and of good value.
The front counter girl that took my order was very friendly and help me choose exactly what I was in the mood for....amazing.
Fries were bad they tasted like work socks!
Bread was old, fell apart and the meat looked like road kill with some cheese.
Our drinks were even wrong
Sad place to eat!!
No ketchup. Soft drink machine was out of regular Coke. When asked for a Coke from behind the counter. The employee copped an attitude.
Ordered a 6 piece nugget and a Large fry because the app had a free any size fry with purchase, and their computer didn’t recognize it. So I went across the street to McDonald’s and used their app that worked.
