Any 5 star reviews are bots. We two mobile orders for dine in. They “lost” my wife’s order, then took 15-20 minutes to make our food. My fries came out wrong so I went to the counter and waited so long that my chicken sandwich got cold and my frosty melted. Do not come to this location. Drive to the Naperville Wendy’s. They actually make good food and have never messed up my order. It’s worth the 30 minute drive.

Allways take more than shoord to give out to customer..they are allways out of items sauces baked potato coke soda in soda machine when i go there!!! I asked for a refill no coke in machine not a surprise they allway out of something .the lady starts yelling at me because i told her to refill in the same cup..maybe this way you dont run out cups!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Laura is manager..irene . Bad employees !
The service could have been better. Order for take out took a while and would be nice if napkins were put in takeout bag.
Food was good.
The food was awful. I ordered the Italian mozz classic and the mozzarella cheese wasn’t even anything like the color of what mozz cheese is supposed to look like. Not to mention how stale the sandwich and 10pc nuggets themselves were. I had to use a good amount of force to rip the mozz cheese patty in half for the photo due to how stale it was.
Ordered the Classic Asiago Club sandwich and I did not receive that at all. My rating will always be low if I receive the wrong item. You're not even busy so there was no rush. Even worse, the sandwich I received was old. I'm not sure if you can see the hard edges of the chicken. Prices have gone up but the quality of the food has decreased.
Service was quick. I asked for no cheese but got it anyway. Nothing new there. It happens to me all the time no matter where I go.
Shout out to this Wendy's... this experience was so bad that I might not ever eat fast food again. Restaurant needs a power wash, the other diners were borderline scary, and the order was botched. Then, the food was the worst possible version of Wendy's that you could imagine. Dave would be disappointed.
Went to go get food through a drive through and the lady just saying only doordash only. Wouldn't say anything else just being rude. Seriously a joke from last night's service since couldn't even order unless I order doordash.
