You'd think airports food might sacrifice quality to churn out food faster. Not here. Had to wait as my spicy chicken and Dave's single were cooked. Veggies tasted fresh as well. Fries were hot and crunchy with not too much salt. Staff was not overly friendly like what you'd see at Disney but I'd rather they focus on good food. Definitely a good experience at the Orlando airport Wendy's.
The black young female taking orders was on her phone even while assisting us. She disregarded me telling her not to add mustard while texting on her personal phone and made us wait until she finished texting so we could pay. The whole ordeal lasted about five minutes and they had a whole line. Management needs to supervise. This place is too busy for this nonsense.
Excellent staff with great customer service. We were waiting on our flight and stopped by for a quick snack. Our food was made fresh, which we appreciated.
Wendy's has done a much better job these days. I haven't eaten there in years and then tried them again after their remodels and additional menu items. Delicious. And who can go wrong with a frosty! :)
Rude cashiers didn’t have the courtesy of telling the long line that they only had TWO things on the menu. So not only does customer service and management suck but so does the supply chain team.
Lady in the counter was nice and fast, and gave the customers drinks they only ordered without waiting in the queue. On the other hand, the guy in another counter treated other customers without any respect and kept people waiting even when only ordered a drink not meal... Why there's such difference in the same store?
All I’m going to say is. Wow… Customer service training. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Good customer service is delivering more than expected. Theft is delivering less and charging more for the privilege. Ordered a combo. The billed me alacart and did not provide the potato wedges. This makes it theft.
