Me and my friend went yesterday to try the new orange dreamsicle frosty and it was okay but I personally think it needs more ice cream in it. Because it's not very creamy but other than that it's good!
Two times i had to open my sandwich to findout i didn't have lettuce when I asked why I was told they didn't have any you would think when ordering a close to $12 chicken sandwich meal they would let you know these things on the upside they did refund my money nice people however after my experience and after reading some of the reviews I will be spending my money elsewhere
Guy at the counter took several minutes to get to the counter and only came up when someone in the back told him we were there. We both gave him our orders and he just stood there with a blank look on his face and said "OK, what would you like?" After he took our order he left the counter, prompting the next customer in line to ask us, "any idea what he's on?" We we will never go back to this location!
Went through the drive thru to order my wife and me dinner and I also ordered a 4 pc nugget for our puppy. Paid at the window, and he messed up and had to get help. So I couldn't get a receipt and I didn't get the 4pc nuggets. That just cost you another customer

I've lived in the area 20+ yrs & this Wendy has CONSTANTLY gotten my orders wrong(like today, AGAIN)
staff needs ta watch there mouth as well( this is how you loose that last tooth in your mouth if your not carefuli js) ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN THE AREA.
CONSTANTLY HORRIBLE.
The service was really bad... I got two meals the number 2 n 3 n they didn't give me my chicken nuggets. I got all the way home before I noticed. The food I did get was great.
Place was clean, and food came out hot and fast.
