Come before 9am for the elevator music vibe. The staff minds its own, (beautiful Cuban women!!!!) so feel free to veg out/meditate. The parking lot is clean/free of debris and they maintain good clean up practices in the front lobby. Overall great hangout spot to grab a bite while you plan your next move. Know however that wall outlets have been covered up so you won't be able to charge your phone inside.
The bathrooms were in a terrible state of cleanliness, it is a pity that a large chain does not have the cleaning controls, the smell is very serious !!!
We ordered through the drive through and were missing some items on the order, we came back and the lady in charge of giving the food immediately accused us of eating the food, they ended up giving us the missing items, but we don't appreciate the accusation that she made. Wednesday November 11:26 pm, in case the manager needs to pull up who was on the schedule that day and time.
It was clean which is my biggest pet peeve a place being dirty where I eat at but it was very clean including the bathroom. Service was good and the food was fresh I gave it a four stars because it was sloppily put together. What I like is that they have a white variety of drinks and I have renal failure and I can't have black sodas or red sodas.
The food is fine the service horrible though they tried making a fool out of me at the window all because i made an employee do their job.
They proceeded to THROW my sauces AT ME through my car window.

Absolutely incompetent employees. Do not understand when you speak to them in English and my first language is Spanish and you’re still clueless of taking a simple order not only one employee but the two staff members prepping. My food manager is oblivious to her duties. Very disappointing in this whole entire establishment. Whoever is the franchisee of this establishment is an insult to all of the Wendy’s in the surrounding area get your act together and your employees on the same page with some professional training matches count was going into your register
I was going through the drive thru, but decided to walk in. As I walked into the door I noticed how clean and fresh the place looked. Got to the counter and a very pleasant associate got my order. Got my crispy chicken sandwich and crunchy French fries. Nuggets on point and best off all a great smile from the associate, wishing me a great day. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommended to the community
