My visit last night had a few issues....
There was a long wait inside which The Employee at the register blamed on a large drive-thru order. Despite the food line backup, this employees was only ringing up 1 order at the counter at a time and only taking the next order(s) when each order was fully prepared and given to the customer. Why not take all the orders and BATCH the food to get it done quicker?
Also the manager was the only person hustling... That man was literally RUNNING while the employees stood around barely helping at all. The manager is also the only one who is permitted to ring in coupons and discounts..... Either you trust your employees and work efficiently... Off don't take coupons.... That additional wait is ridiculous!
The food was average as is expected for fast food, but the efficiency was bottom tier last night.
Good job with the chicken nuggets. I ordered a burger though. My wife is mad because I forgot we are vegans and your nuggets and beef aren’t plant based. Due to now sleeping on the couch, I won’t be back (soon..don’t tell me wife.) 10/10 vegans love Wendy’s
Placed a door dash order received it ice cold order a baked potato ice cold chili cheese fries. I didn't know that no one there could not tell the difference. I have tried calling this after I received the order the phone just rings them they pick it up and hang it up. Don't order food from this poorly run dump
I'm giving a overall one star review simply because when you pay $12 for a meal and ask for extra ranch on your sandwich or, in my case a wrap, you expect it to be ON the wrap. Not on the side on a to-go order. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant at that point in time, so either not paying attention or just simple laziness is the factor here, not stress and pressure.
Wheelchair accesible double “man trap” doors can be a problem for wheelchairs , only the right side as you face the restaurant are accesible there is no curb cut on the drive thru window side . There was no pandemic precautions at register area barriers or hand sanitizer noted .it was very clean . The marquee sign advertised peppermint Frosty’s , already gone from menu they no longer have them , so I got a large van/ choc mix .
Typical Wendy’s but service is normally on point at this location even tho they didn’t give me what I asked for lol , I asked for no red ring of death aka tomato and you see clearly, I received, not a huge deal but the Spicy chicken sandwich is probably one of my favorites in the fast food game if you’ve never had definitively check it out
1# nobody in there wears gloves and then be touching on the top of the cups no hair nets nothing????just found a piece of hair In my burger it’s just all around disgusting only thing that’s good In that place is TAY she’s very respectful great customer service and I never have to wait for someone to take my order she’s wonderful!!
We just did a drive thru for the Peppermint Frosty for the pups. They loved them. I would prefer mixed with the chocolate Frosty for me. Service was very friendly & quick.
